Its a rip off! You have to pay for everything extra. I would never go this Place again! It's Hard to explain your kids, that they cannot do anything fun in a actual fun Park.

It is a nice place with fun activities to entertain the family for a couple of days.
It is however ridiculously overpriced. Some of the activities even cost more than what they might otherwise cost in Singapore!
At the end of 5 days here, we realised that the total amount we spent on the trip was enough to pay for a similar trip in Bali - including airfare!

My kids love the water park made like bouncy castle on water and the slides. Lagoon kayak was unexpectedly fun (perhaps Low expectation).
Kids will find the place more fun. I didn’t buy the leisure package but maybe should have considered that instead.

Enjoyed my time here soaking up the sun. Swimming in the Crystal Lagoon is a different kind of experience, definitely a must-do when in Bintan. Entrance fee includes unlimited Slip & Slide which is super fun!

This is the place for you if you would like to relax by a beautiful crystal lagoon, view nature and also do some thrilling water or land activities as well. (But you are lazy to go outside of your resort or another location) Everything is in one place.
We've gotten free entrance to Treasure Bay because we stay at The Anmon Resort. Gotten The Chill Cove Inclusive package which gives unlimited rides to play land and water activities at Treasure Bay such as the ATV, cable tube and slip and slide! More worth it than getting ala-carte activities. With the exclusion of e-scooter, Jet-Ski and certain other acitivities. Got the package at 20% discount as well due to low occupancy. There are buggys everywhere, just flag them and they will bring you anywhere at Treasure Bay.
We also did our massages at Nibbana Spa which is located at the Acitivites Centre. You can book through the resort itself. They also do in-room massages by the way. Our therapists Endang, Nori and Ayu were great!
Service of staff were overall tiptop! Everyone are friendly and they make us feel like home. Special credits to Dedi from wakeboarding, Eko and Fandi from the activities centre for their great iservice. They declined our tips when we wanted to give them, which goes to show they are sincere in putting guests first and doing their jobs. Also special thanks to Ayu, who is always entertaining our many requests through the Digital Concierge of the Anmon Resort. They do not have phones in the room so any requests are done through the Digital Concierge-Facebook Messenger. They are always swift and polite in responding!
In overall, we had a lovely experience and will definitely come back here again!

Loved our time here - beautiful clean water and facilities!
Entry $12 for the day and includes the mega ramp slide - slightly weird pricing to use other things though - we wanted to try a little paddle boat and it was rentable at $6 per person for 30 mins yet another similar size inflatable was a lot more - the small self powered boats etc should be all the same price - same goes for the inflatable slide and floating pontoon - this should be free..

Place is clean, and it’s a good place with water and land activities. It’s monsoon period, so the place wasn’t crowded at all.
The only setback each activities is quite pricey on its own. For example, relaxing on the unicorn float cost IDR440,000 per hour and even crossing the rainbow bridge is chargeable(according to sports activities centre). Segway and jetski are totally worth doing. I don’t mind coming back, and may consider getting the package.

Cant understand the rave about this place. It's big, cleanish, and fake. No beach, a fake beach-pool instead. The entrance fee is IDR 120k for adults and doesnt include anything. Additional u pay per towel IDR 40k and u have to leave your ID. It looked as if we were the only tourists and busy with locals. frankly I feel not everybody there were paying those astronomical amounts and it's not really 5* not even 4* but perhaps a good infrastructure for Bintan.

Nice and clean lagoon with enjoyable activities. Friendly staffs at cable ski and jetvoator, patience and giving good instructions to enjoy the activities. Recommend to visit and consider combo package if plan to engage in multiple activities.

Overall this is a good place to visit with families - it is clean, facilities in good order and the service of staff generally quite good with the buggy ride back to Natra upon request.
The only question is the value for money equation of the tickets.
I bought the "all inclusive ticket" and for my wife the "Combo ticket". The "all inclusive" ticket gives unlimited rides (which is good value) but with some glaring exclusions chiefly electric scooter, all water activities near the activity centre (zorb ball, obstacle course) VR games, giant floats (only small/medium floats included), while some other activities were not included and anyway not available (UTV - 2 seater ATV).
The "combo ticket" gives a taste of selected activities for one round each less the ATV but in place of that the VR and e-scooter.
One frustrating point is that the staff at the bull/float station don't seem to know what's included in which package and keep asking us for the chopped slip of paper that shows what we are supposed to be titled to, even though we display the hand band upon exchanging the tickets. Naturally I don't bring along the paper in my pockets - I'm in swim gear to get totally wet.
I would have preferred if they charged say 20% more and included everything for the all inclusive package and no questions asked anymore!

I am planning to go on Chinese new year (5h Feb), would I have to buy the Chill Cove Fun Squad Package for weekday or weekend? Also, I want to know how many of the activities mentioned in th epackaged are actually functional?
