Ok, yes this place is expensive, but there are some great offers almost all of the time. It is a great place for inspiration, the staff are lovely and helpful. There is also a great cafe!

We called at the store during the summer and purchased items from Bakers, Tracy could not have been more helpful, we purchased a coffee table in glass and a matching side table , we also went back and purchased a large display glass and chrome unit which matched perfectly we are very pleased will the whole experience thank you Tracy.
We also purchased a swivel chair and stool when we went to pick up the display unit from Wakefield the guy there was very helpful too.

Wow - the amazing food and service at the cafe on the first floor! We also had the most amazing support and service from Stephanie in the Cotswold Grey section, she advised, guided and most of all made our shopping a really enjoyable experience.
Her knowledge was amazing and she went above and beyond - thank you - we will be back! Sara & Jon

I used to love this place. Loads of variety and a good day out. This last time I visited though, they've closed the kitchenware department... and replaced it with more furniture. The art section has gone...replaced with more furniture and the little vintage section... gone, replaced by more furniture. It's great if you're shopping for furniture but for a mooch and a day out, I probably wouldn't go again.

This was our first visit to this upmarket primarily furniture retail outlet for some time. We noted that there had been a number of changes, including the absence of the large kitchenware outlet, although many of the same names remained. The range of furniture available is impressive and is interesting to gain ideas. Well worth a visit to see such a large selection under one roof. There are also some cafes, and the one that we visited has been reviwed separately under the Restaurant category. There is also ample parking.

Considering where we are located in the world, and the curated vast choice and superior design quality of the products on offer, Redbrick Mill really has something different, we really love coming here and can't recommend it enough. All of the staff are really friendly, the location is great and easy to find and there is lots of parking available. We also love the Hideaway Kitchen, again great staff and atmosphere and a great selection of quality food and drinks - again we would highly recommend it!

Called this afternoon and decided we'd call at the cafe around 2.40, was informed before we sat down that they weren't doing any cooked meals from then, so thought we'd just have coffee and cakes as that was all that was available really other than a couple of sausage rolls..
The choice of cakes was good and I decided on the salted caramel & walnut ( I think it was) the other three in our party ate their deserts, but mine was completely dry, the outer edge was dry and also the inside - it had obviously been sliced several hours previously..
I returned it and was asked if I'd like to try a different one, which was fine.
Its a basic mistake sending food out that's been sat there with no cover for a long period.

A massive shoutout to Tracy on Baker department nothing too much trouble from start to finish BEAUTIFUL SUITE got delivered the guys were great put my suite in place and took all the rubbish.... good old fashioned service 10/10

I have purchased a lot of furniture etc over the years from many different suppliers from different parts of the country and I have never received such fabulous customer service from everyone involved . Just wanted to let you know as people these days are always quick to criticise and don’t often give praise when it’s due .
