This is my second class visit to the academy and once again I wasn’t disappointed.
Kumud is an excellent teacher, combining her knowledge and passion of cooking.

Kumud gave us an amazing day in the kitchen! So many delicious recipes, and a masterclass in the health benefits of eating delicious Indian food. Cannot wait to get cracking on some more recipes from the book. Thank you!

Sarah gave us a wonderful overview of Thai cuisine over the day, from ingredients and their history and uses to curries, pastes, and starters. It was a friendly group and a great way to discover a new way to cook and eat.

Excellent day. Good blend of learning, fun and great food in a relaxed atmosphere.
Good well equipped venue and small class size, 7 people.

Fun, friendly, and very professional! Had a lovely day learning how to cook delicious, quick and filling Indian food - salmon and chicken meals that were fun to make as well as eat. Kumud was a delight - very knowledgable, friendly and professional.. great day for anyone 11 years old and above, couples or singles.

I attended Kumud's talk at our Company's annual wellbeing and inclusion conference and sat transfixed throughout - as someone who loves to cook with spices anyway, I was fascinated by how our wellbeing is linked to food and what different healing properties different spices have. I took away a lot from the day, and as a result have ordered both books. Cannot wait to start replicating the recipes. I honestly couldn't recommend attending an event more.

We had the pleasure of meeting Kumud Gandhi and her wonderful team at our Wellness Conference with Suez Recycling & Recovery UK.
Kumud shared her knowledge with us about a whole range of topics including, Wellness, Immunity, good and bad bacteria, diet, exercise, the use of ingredients and much more.
Kumud did a live recipe making session where we tasted some of her wonderful healthy snacks and meals. We were all left feeling inspired and very well educated about food, cooking and how easy it is to make good and simple choices when it comes to meal times..

I didn’t realise how much diet and lifestyle is such a big part of our immune system.
The foods was great and realised very quickly how many ingredients can be included! I will be trying the roasted Cauliflower with bejewelled couscous for work.
The activities was also great fun, guessing herbs and spices, building a tower and guessing ingredients of a plate of food.
Thank you lots Kumud, I learnt a lot and a great experience!

We don't have any Italian classes running in January, but we have both half and full day classes in February. You can always buy an open voucher so that your husband can book a date that works the best for him.
