AMAZING service- John went above and beyond to help my husband find his right set of skis. We both had the premium package and were able to try different skis before my husband decided which one he wanted to buy. John stayed in constant contact with him to let him know what was available that day and when the time came to make his purchase, John made the process super easy. Our interactions with everyone at the store was also very impressive- everyone had a ton of knowledge about the mountains and what we should expect from a conditions perspective.

The pick up of ski hire equipment was very efficient and easy. We particularly appreciated the service they offer to pick you up and take you to the rental centre and also the option to drop our equipment at our hotel at the end of the stay. As others have commented, the pick up service does not apply if you want to swap your gear half way through the rent but my view is this is probably fair enough. The centre isn't too far away from the town centre anyway. Overall, very happy with the experience.

Great service when picking up and getting set up for my gear (Clay was amazing). It was very convenient that Rhythm picks up the rentals from your stay after as well. However, it was very inconvenient and unrealistic to swap gear unless you are staying very close or are renting a car as they refused to give a drop off and force you to carry it however far you are staying.

Impressive, Efficient, Friendly & Knowledgeable. Our friends and us have been warmly greeted and welcome by all the staff in Rhythm. Always at any point in time, people will approach you genuinely to assist you and always willing to share their opinions and advice. My husband rented his skis and changed almost every other day. He had the intention to buy from Rhythm after renting as they have a few days rental waiver if you purchased the skis from them. Instead of showing frustration from a rather demanding customer, everyone that served us always have a smile on them. I'd like to specially commend Theo, who is so patient and friendly. We'd highly recommend Rhythm and PS we have checked out other rental stores but nothing beats this place.

The staff were friendly and efficient. It was very busy when we got there on a Sunday afternoon so the whole process for a family of 5 took about an hour. They had run out of apres boots for 2 people so we picked them up later in the week (kids didn’t really want to wear them). The gear was all good, my skis & boots were perfect for me. Husband changed from skis to snowboard half way through the week and he was happy (except snowboard didn’t have a deck pad - apparently makes hopping off a chairlift tricky). Another one in our group changed skis and boots on day 2 and was much happier. She said the staff took time to try on lots of different boots to get the right fit. The process of handing everything back was fast and efficient.

事前の予約から受付、フィッティング、会計とスタッフの案内は非常にわかりやすく丁寧でした。
日本語を話せるスタッフも居たので困らないと思いました。
ギアも値段の割にクオリティの高いものを借りられたと思います。

Really impressed with the speed and service at Rhythm - we had pre-ordered online and were being sorted with our kit within 5 minutes of walking in, and 15 minutes later we had everything sorted. The service was friendly and efficient, and the kit was really high-end - my boots were brand new.
It was easy to add an extra couple of days to our rental and Rhythm made sure we paid the cheapest price when extending - putting us onto a 7 day deal rather than adding 2 new days.
I only wish they had better bags to carry your boots and helmets in - the shopping style bags were a bit of a faff when you have the equipment for a family of four., and 2 of our bags split - they were replaced no issues thankfully. I saw other rental companies with proper ski bags that would have been a great extra touch.

Was there to rent ski equipment, met many friendly staff who were willing to help. I was choosing a pair of gloves and ski googles too. The retail staff were really patient in explaining. They were flexible too, when I did not require a wrist guard from the ski rental package which I booked online, I was able to get a refund on it. Rental set looks relatively new, no smell and very clean. I like that each has different designs and staff will stick a name label to the items rented. Was able to return the items at my hotel.

Rhythm made it really easy to get all the gear we needed for our time in Hakuba. I made an online reservation a couple days ahead of time and then picked up our stuff on our way in to town. They were kind and patient with our kids, and all the gear was in great shape.
