谷川岳、位于上信越国立公园海拔1,977m处。您可在此享受四季独有的自然风光，例如在春季和初夏时赏花、在秋季欣赏红叶、在冬季欣赏雪景。缆车往返于山麓站（海拔746m）与山顶站（海拔1,319m）之间。在此期间，您可从缆车内观赏到难得一见的山岳风景。到达山顶站天神平后，搭乘天神峠二人缆车（单程约7分钟）可到达天神峠（海拔1,502m），从观望台上可360度观赏以谷川岳为主的山峦全景。若在绿意盎然的季节前来此地，您还可以在天神平悠闲地漫步。您可以在春季与初夏时前来赏花，在秋季前来欣赏红叶，充分体验游山的乐趣。乘坐夜间缆车饱览谷川岳、在海拔1300米处体验空中漫步！ 从11月中旬到6月上旬，您可以在不滑雪的情况下触摸天然的雪景。 5月，9月，10月，夜间特别驾驶的具体日期。天气晴好时，你可以看到银河系 费用：2,500日元（大人） 1,300日元（小学生）

久しぶりの谷川岳。だいすきな場所。
過去数回訪れていますが、真夏シーズン初です。
素晴らしかった〜〜夏もサイコーに気持ちいいです❣️
海好きだけれど、山もやっぱりいいです。この雄大な景色。
ロープウェイに感謝❗️スタッフの方々に感謝‼️
下界とは全くちがいました。
外国観光客の皆さんもきてましたねー
いろいろ逸話もありますが、大好きな谷川岳❣️来れて良かった。

The cable car will take you up the mountain and the chairlift will send you further up after the cable car ride. Take note the chairlift fee is not included in the cable car ride ticket. It is optional and purchase separately.

We took the rope way to access the ski resort. A fascinating view of very steep terrain. Along with skiers and foot tourist were many snowshoers and hikers.

It was a great climb but would have wanted to know how difficult it was from the start.
And we didn't even climb from the foot of the mountain. We started from the rope way.
Ppl we asked were the guy from our hostel, a guide and two ppl at tourist info. They all said it took around 1-1.5h to climb but no mention about how steep and physically exhausting it was 50% of the road!
All and all it was a fun climb and definitely worth the shacking legs when you reach the top. But have a good rest before you climb down.
Have sticks with you to save you knees down hill.
If climbing in November like we did, have warm beverages with you cause it gets cold on the top.
Either have a good meal before the climb or/and have a snack you can have reaching the top.
We hade hot tea and some bread but that's because we are a very- bad -prepared -couple.
Ppl around us had stoves and real food with them!

ロープウェイで気楽に高山を楽しめます。
しかし 道がぬかるんでいたり 滑りやすい岩があるので 出きれば しっかり目の靴で。
可憐な高山植物が沢山見れます。

日本一のモグラ駅の土合駅で地下から462段の階段を登ってきた後、今度は谷川岳をロープウェイで登ろうとしました。
しかし山頂付近は霧とのことで、ロープウェイに乗るのは諦めました。ロープウェイは往復2000円ですので、霧や雨では勿体無くて乗るのを躊躇ってしまいます。天気予報を参考にして絶景が見られる確率を考慮して訪問可否を決めた方が良いです。

来週末、猿ヶ京温泉に行く前に、行って見ようと思いますが、時間帯は何時頃がオススメですか？

晴れた日に紅葉をご覧になるなら、朝は南側の斜面が日陰になりますので11時くらいがおすすめです。
なお一ノ倉沢は日差しが順光になる朝がおすすめです。
また天気の良い土日祝日は15時以降登山のお客様の下山と重なり下りのご利用に30分以上かかる場合がありますので、時間には余裕をもってご来訪ください。

I will be visiting in late October. I will take the ropeway and plan to visit ichinokurosawa as well.
Is it possible to drive (I'll rent a car) from the ropeway station to ichinokurosawa?

Hi,thank you for your inquiry.
Tanigawa-dake base of the ropeway platform and Ichinokurasawa is shut down every year due to bad road surface.
Access to ichinokurasawa will be on foot (50 minutes for one way) or bus operated by Minakami-town (500 yen for one way).
However, please note that the bus is one in one hour, and the capacity is as small as eight people.
It is a road that can be walked even with sneakers, full pavement paved.

From Minakami Station you can come to Tanigawadake Ropeway by Kannetsu Transportation Company's bus route
For details, please visit Kannetsu Transportation Company's website（I'm sorry but Japanese website）
The bus stop number is JT 21 at Minakami Station and JT 21 Tanigawa Mt. Ropeway is JT 27.
