I tried via GPS and it took me to a wring place.On enquiring, I was told It is 5 Km from Della resort, and the road is bad so I dropped it. One can see Kune falls from Rajmachi point also

Great experience, great greenery, great weather, great waterfall, everything was just great. Parking is available for Rs.100.
Snacks, water and cold drinks are easily available.
Must visit after rainfall.

I visited at a wrong time in May. A very good place to have a picnic and relax. Best time to visit is during rains (july to aug) or winters (dec - jan).

Offering a contrast of blue and green, Kune Falls are located on the old Mumbai- Pune highway; right between Lonavala and Khandala. Dropping down from a height of 200 meters at a cohesive force, the three-tiered waterfall is country's 14th largest. It is split into two section with the highest spot at about 100 m. The pool formed by this waterfall is an ideal spot for swimming and bathing. Rappelling and zip lining is quite prominent too. With its lush greenery, a waterfall is an ideal place for a picnic. Make sure to savor some raw mangoes from the trees or the ripe Afooz or Alfonso mangoes famous around this area.

Should atleast visit if you are going to lonavala . This place is so so adorable . Looking at waterfall made me feel so good. Visit here if you are traveling to lonavala - khandala.

Kune waterfall is situated between Lonavala and Khandala. To reach Lonavala Bypass, go to Mumbai-Pune Expressway and then proceed to Khandala to reach this waterfall. Touring such beauty of nature is a unique experience in itself. These waterfalls are one of the main attractions of Maharashtra, do not forget to enjoy these attractions. Although some of them are the seasonal waterfall, The best time to visit this place is in the months from July to December.

I went to Kune Waterfalls. The beautiful Kune Waterfalls are the 14th highest in the country. This one is an interesting three tiered waterfall having a total height of 200m. A popular picnic spot, the area is surrounded by lush greenery. It is great place to go.

Yes, it's in private property... & people not allowed to go there if u don't book hotel in their property.

whether we can enjoy bathing in waterfall ?
How close we can take 4 wheeler near kune waterfall
Are hotels avalable near waterfall for lunch

it would be between 4-5 km by road. though never measured the distance but it is quite close by
I'm planning trip to this waterfall in December.. Is December s gud time to visit??

The area is ok. But this year, I feel that the waterfall would be dry.
