Worth the visit , we walked up to first falls and to see the cave . Coffee van available to get a drink and have a snack - varieties of cupcakes , muffins and ice cream. Keep an eye out for koalas up in the trees and the blue wren .

We only had enough time to do the First Falls walk but it was well worth the short walk. A lot of water coming over the falls when we visited.

Can’t believe this is so close the city. Excellent Conservation Park which is easy to follow, well signed and at the car park you can easily choose which hike you will prefer. The First Falls is spectacular and don’t miss the cave!
We did a circuit of Morialta which was quite steep in certain areas ( we found this on All Trails) and we added extra onto our hike going through the middle to all the falls. It was all worth it so we could take advantage of being in a great place.

What a lovely hike and experience it was walking to the Eagle Nest lookout. The last couple of hundred metres were fairly steep for a beginner and two kids (ages 5 and 6) however well worth it. The views were phenomenal. We were there in March and the water falls were small and dried out however looking forward to visiting again in the winter.
During the hike we saw a koala in a tree, which was amazing seeing an animal in nature. The kids also had fun balancing on broken tree trunks as well as climbing trees.
Afterwards the kid went to the nature play playground which was exceptional. One of the best playgrounds I have seen. There is so much to do and play with. The kids imagination definitely expanded.
Overall a great active day with the family!

If you ever travel to Adelaide, take your time to visit this amazing park. It is full of geological outcrops and animal species. Put on your walking shoes and hike through a number of fantastic hike trails.

A 20 minute bus ride from town, this is a short walk (1-2 hours) up a pretty valley. Not much water falling in February, but koalas everywhere in trees.

Never ceases to give us enjoyment when we have a few minutes to spare to slowly drive the access road to the carpark and count how many koalas we can see.
When more time is available a lazy walk to the falls on the bottom track or the more adventurous rim walk. (Not advisable if you have vertigo or uncontrollable kids).

Nous avons découvert ce parc, il est très joli.

À quelques kilomètres d'Adélaïde dans les montagnes d'Adélaïde Hills ne pas manquer ce parc qui offre de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées , bien balisées , avec de magnifiques points de vue , des passages escarpés, des cascades.
Ça peut être assez physique , terrain pierreux.

Super parc proposant plusieurs chemins de randonnée plus ou moins longs. Bien balisé, assez sportif par endroits, cheminant à travers les collines. Plusieurs cascades, roches remarquables, points de vue... De quoi passer une très bonne journée au grand air.

There isn't a cafe at Morialta Conservation Park
I would recommend visiting the cafe below - it is about 7mins away by car....

Is it dangerous to walk alone for a young girl there? Or there are people always and its fine?
What trail is the most beautiful if I will have about 3 hours for a round trip?

When I was there in December it was very busy with lots of people. The local people walk from their homes and walk here. There are several walks, some flat and short ( to the waterfall) and others can be quite steep.

If you drive all the way in, that car park is quite near the waterfall, a stroll will get you there in about 20mins. There are a few different trails there, it is worth trying those if you have the time too.

there are a number of hikes ranging from about 2km to 10km or more and from fairly flat terrain to more challenging but you won't need climbing gear. there are some abseiling points though if you have the right gear. plenty of options and even the easy walk takes you to the bottom of the first falls
After walking to the water falls are you aloud to cool off in the plunge poll at the bottom off the water falls?
