Espectacular visita de la mano de Valentine, quien nos enseñó los viñedos, la bodega, la sala de barricas y nos acompañó en la comida organizada en la casa principal. Los vinos, excelentes.

The manor house is quite beautiful and is set on the top of a rise with a great view of the surrounding area with views down to the (just visible) Dordogne. The winery is ultra modern and quite large. The relatively new owners have been expanding. The wines are very good from the often overlooked appellation of Fronsac.

Beautiful chateau.We saw the rooms on the first floor. Nicely landscaped area around the chateau. Saw the barrel room and then had the wine tasting.

Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe aus fünf Erwachsenen und haben die Tour auf Englisch gemacht ... es war hervorragend! Nicht nur ist das Chateau nett anzuschauen und der Wein wächst direkt bis zum Hof - auch die Infos waren sehr spannend. Und der Wein schmeckte auch noch super ;-) Es war 7 Euro definitiv wert!

We had the classic tour with Valentine, who is such a lovely guide! The owners were staying at the chateau, that’s why the other tours were unavailable. We have a good reason to return then, because I would love to have a tour of the beautiful chateau! And I would love a picknick there, because the grounds are great! The chateau is really big, but the tours are very private. We had Valentine all to ourselves. They don’t do mas tourism here luckily.
The vineyard is organic and biodynamic, which I loved.
We got to taste very interesting wines and had great discussions with our guide about them. We really loved the personal attention we got here, definitely a must do tour!!

La Dauphine was absolutely magical! It doesn't hurt that my fiancé and I got engaged while visiting The grounds were beautiful, the staff knowledgeable, but most importantly, the team was so kind and welcoming. Our visit to the château, while presented to me as a personal tour, was actually a perfect backdrop for a dream proposal. Not only did the team accommodate my fiance's planning requests, they did everything in their power to make sure our experience was perfect.
Valentine, our hostess and tour guide, was amazing. She was kind, well-informed about the château's history and wine production, and gracious. She created a friendly and relaxed environment and answered our unending questions. From the facilities tour to the wine tasting and food pairing, for the entirety of our visit, we felt like we were casually touring the château with a friend. She was instrumental in the success of our proposal, working with the photographer my fiancé hired to ensure that I had no clue what was going on behind the scenes. As if that wasn't enough, at the end of our experience, we received a beautiful complimentary bottle of rosé to commemorate the moment. We could not have dreamt of a more perfect visit.
If you're ever in Bordeaux, take the short drive to Fronsac and spend a day at La Dauphine. I promise you won't regret it.

Venus à deux couples pour une visite classique.
Une excellente visite guidée par Benjamin.
Domaine très bien entretenu avec beaucoup de charme. Une dégustation de vins pleine de surprise… Pour clôturer avec un achat de bonnes bouteilles suivant les bons conseils de notre guide !

Loved loved the sensory experience. Carissa is fun and personable. She helped us become more knowledgeable about the various smells and how they related to the wines. We very much enjoyed the tour and the wine tasting was a delight.

A very interesting tour of the grounds and the production facilities.
A small concern but doing everything right for the environment which was good to see.
Carissa was an excellent guide and took time to explain everything to us.
