What a fantastic place. Our guide was very knowledgeable, we have learnt so much about the local wildlife and the team’s magnificent efforts in breeding and releasing native species. Would highly recommend.

A glimpse into the fauna of Tobago

Roy Corbin has built a wonderful wildlife park and dedicated himself to protecting, breeding and rehabilitating local wildlife and exotic pets, as well as educating the next generation about the importance of biodiversity and to not kill out of fear the animals they come across.

Roy Introduced to us all the animals on the compound and taught us about them, as well as ones which he did not currently house.
We were very impressed and really enjoyed our time here, as well as falling in love with Vivian the baby red tailed boa ❤️ (my heart is always yours my sweet little snake!)

Please donate where you can to keep this place open and the animals looked after (and so that Roy can occasionally go dancing on a Saturday night as he works so hard!)

This place was AMAZING. Michael, Ray's son, showed our family (two adults, two under sixes) round for two hours on our own and he was hands down the most informed and nicest guide we've ever had. He answered a million questions from all of us and we saw local animals we'd never seen before kept in such a caring, thoughtful environment. We were so so impressed, cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Reserve your spot in this unique animal conservation and reserve

Wow, amazing conservation work going on here to protect Tobago’s wildlife. Corbin’s son, Michael, gave us a personal tour and it was out of this world. His unique knowledge and clear excitement for their work shows. His knowledge and clear care and consideration for the wildlife is well worth the tour - an absolute must for visitors in Tobago. My son was so grateful to stroke a Python, shake hands with a rescued monkey and see wildlife thriving with the hope to return to the wild - a great lesson for many other reserves and parks.
Thanks for an amazing unique experience.

Brilliant, must see on island

Brilliant tour, well worth doing. Ian was very knowledgable and whilst I didn’t meet Ray, sounds like he’s brilliant too (even better according to Ian). Did both the rainforest walk and the enclosures and it’s very interesting and they clearly care a lot. Couldn’t recommend more and very reasonable price, left a tip as they deserve it for their work.
Only thing worth noting is that it can be muddy and some bits are steep, only a problem if you are not able.

Unique experience

We were recommended a tour by our hotel and we’re so glad we squeezed it in! We’ve got a one year old and four year old so weren’t sure but it was a lovely family experience. Ian was so knowledgeable and passionate and it was a lovely addition to our time in Tobago. In having to deal with a few big downpours, Ian was flexible and really wanted to give us the best experience possible.

Great Day Out

Wow, this place is amazing and very clear both Roy and his son Michael are passionate about the protection of wildlife on Tobago. They have a rescue/release policy for most of the animals but some are permanent residents, but the park still provides a natural habitat for them in the best possible way.

There are some interesting wildlife many of which have a story to tell on how they arrived at the park. Michael gave us a tour and new background of every animal we saw. We all fell in love with Joe a Capuchin Monkey and a permanent resident. It was very clear Joe had a special bond with Michael.

We were also very lucky to be able to participate and watch the release of a Boa Constrictor, something I never imagined I would be involved in.

Thank you Roy, Michael and the rest of the team for,looking after us so well and all the hard work you do for these animals 😊😊😊

Must do on Tobago

Ian was a great guide and it is really a special project: Corbin Local Wildlife. A breading center and helping animals that where damaged - to improve the local wildlife. This is really a must do on Tobago. One of our highlights. They need a marketeer to help them with their project so if you feel like voluntering - they could really use the help. Nature - local wildlife and a great guide!

Beautiful project!

What a wonderful initiative to protect wildlife and educate. With much love and passion they take care of the animals and they try to release them (back) into the wild as much as possible. We also saw many hummingbirds. When you arrive, call the phone number on the fence and you'll get a fantastic tour. Definitely a must do if you are on Tobago!

See the local wildlife

This local wildlife park is amazing. They rescue native animals and release their young back into the wild. The owner's son gave me an excellent tour of the animal enclosures. The park is located in a remote area, but definitely worth visiting. I gained an appreciation of their conservation work and enjoyed seeing the native animals.
