We stayed in one of the carnival days and I must say that we had a good time, my son had fun and the dolphin show was exciting. The other side of the coin is the general state of the structure which is affected by 20 years and would need restructuring. The tanks of the pinnipeds with dirty water that you could hardly see the seals, some wooden structures now degraded, the rides marked by time with rust and various creaks... I can't say anything about the pools because of course they were closed. What about a structure that could give more especially considering the full admission price.

Ciao Simone, grazie per aver trovato il tempo di scrivere una recensione. Zoomarine compie 20 anni, la sua manutenzione è ordinaria e costante, è un parco grande, ma si mantiene bene grazie all'impegno e al lavoro di tutti, E' certo, siamo sinceri, che negli anni possano essere aumentate le sue "rughe", ma il divertimento è la nostra forza, i nostri messaggi educativi restano per sempre a tutti i nostri visitatori e la conferma sono i bambini che si divertono e vogliono tornare. Noi ce la stiamo mettendo tutta e molto di quello che facciamo è anche grazie a tutti voi che ci visitate e ci lasciate le vostre recensioni, spunti utili per migliorarci!

Playground suitable for families and children, Sunday 23 there were many masked, very affordable promotional prices (6euro), and the baby 90 cm free entry, small lines to do the rides, shows with animals and cute characters, you are not bored .. thing to improve too much line for lunch .. overall beautiful day!

I went with my husband and daughter, today a day dedicated to carnival. Very beautiful shows with dolphins, pinnipeds and parrots. Unfortunately we were not able to see everything because of the overlapping schedules of the proposed activities. Boys and girls can access all the rides already included in the entrance ticket.The mask workshop with price apart from a real sadness .. 4 cross markers x coloring a cardboard in the shape of a mask! For the money they ask they could add something to embellish these masks!
All beautiful until the final parade... what parade??! I have not seen it! Foam party as described on the program not even the one received!! Only 2 cannons that fired 4 confetti for a second. And then .. on the maxi screen appears a big qr code and we are invited to frame it and write a review on Tripadvisor and then (after demonstration) have a gadget as a gift! Spontaneous review I would say. Animation nothing short of bad. And maybe here they really made me want to review...They threw gadgets and balloons as a gift if you won at games. One of these games consisted of keeping the children turned so that they could not see the trajectory of the ball and only those who were touched by it won it. Now I have a two-year-old girl 90 cm high that being small I had to keep her turned (also to not let other people crush her) and I was not to control her. The ball came to me 2 times, clearly I blocked it with my hand so as not to get it on him. She was underneath me. And both times they got the ball back because they felt (said in front of everyone) that I didn't understand the game because I was turned forward and I could see the ball where it was going. But I didn't move because I had the baby! It's the ball that came to us! Now in life there are rules and common sense. Given that I strongly believe that I am in order with the game, for sure there was no common sense for a two-year-old girl who sees the ball arrive 2 times and then is taken away leaving her crying. That is, we are talking about a ball!! As if it were 10 million in gold bars. After the game I went to talk because it seemed unfair that my baby should cry. But I was told by 2 of the animation several times that I did not understand the game .. what a kindness!! Very offensive!!

Gentile visitatore, la ringraziamo per la sua recensione, ci da spunti utili su cui riflettere, tuttavia vogliamo dare le corrette informazioni riguardo i temi da lei sollevati. Il laboratorio delle maschere è facoltativo e a pagamento, non incluso nel biglietto come comunicato sul nostro sito e all'interno del Parco; ci dispiace che l'abbia trovato triste, i bambini solitamente si divertono moltissimo e sono anni che lo proponiamo proprio perchè riceviamo tante adesioni. Ha un costo di € 5 per bambino e sinceramente non lo troviamo un costo eccessivo! La parata che lei non ha visto, parte dal Cinema 4D e arriva fino alla Pizza Zoorassico, per non vederla, forse, lei era già in piazza. I cannoni sono 2, non è riportato altrove che debbano essere più di 2 e hanno sparato coriandoli per 1 ora consecutiva, ovviamente non possiamo invadere i visitatori con montagne di coriandoli , tenga conto che molti sotto al palco sono bambini piccoli ... Il QR code viene utilizzato da moltissime aziende come anche ristoranti, al fine di invogliare i visitatori a scrivere una recensione, sia negativa che positiva e la nostra animazione premia chi esprime la sua opinione ( anche se negativa) con un piccolo gadget. Il lancio della palla viene spiegato molto bene da Amato, il nostro capo animatore, e prevede che nessuno debba bloccare la palla, ma che la palla tocca il visitatore, nel suo caso, la palla è caduta per terra e lei l'ha presa quindi il lancio non è stato ritenuto valido. Tanti erano i bambini accanto a sua figlia, quindi secondo il regolamento, la palla viene ritirata proprio per non far torto a nessuno. Ci dispiace molto che lei ci consideri offensivi solo perchè le è stato ricordato il regolamento del gioco, sicuramente la prossima volta cercheremo di essere ancora più chiari!
