Do not waste your time or money. There is no life in the tanks except the fish. No plants, no snails, no anemone, no habitat at all. Just crappy fake rocks, plastic coral, peeling paint and bored and sick looking fish. A truly depressing place.

Not recommended! Ticket price is more expensive, not worth your 500 baht. For 200, but no more! Very few species of fish. We finished watching in 15 minutes. Do not include oceanarium in sights of Thailand.So do not recommend!!! Have a great time, everyone!

This was very disappointing trip. My online booking wouldn't work. The lady at the ticket office showed no interest in helping me sort it out. I had to buy new tickets
The place was not very clean. Very limited varieties of fish in view compared to the many other aquarium s I have visited over the years. Specimen labelling mainly absent. Lots of empty tanks.
The glass in the tanks was not very clean. It is a very small aquarium. We went round it in half an hour. It could be lovely but it is not.
Don't waste your money. Do something else

Animal cruelty and charge tourists double!!
The fish and other animals are put in way too small cages and a lot of them are all alone. They should not be treated this way! Please don’t support this!
They charge 500 baht for tourists and only 250 baht for locals - total scam!

Underwater world is one of the tourist attraction in pattaya town. Entrance fee is there. We have seen the aquarium and different types of water animals are there. Various types of small and big fishes are avilable and within short time we can complete the entire area.

A waste of time an money.
Small, too expensive and poor. The tanks are dirty, almost can't see a thing, bad smell, the fish looks like they want to jump out.
35 minutes we will never get back.

Tanks were dirty, most of the tanks were too small for the amount of fishes. There was also reptiles in way too small, unqualified terrariums filled weeks of poo, ie. iguana junevilles had one tiny stick what they couldn't climb, no UVB lightning. Even pet shops could provide better care! I feel so sorry for the animals in there and I really hope that Underwater world would take notes how to take care of their animals. It's not rocket science to look up right care sheets for each animal from internet.

I absolutely do not recommend it. Firstly, there is no air conditioning in the room. Secondly, the announced shows are not shown because there is no staff. Thirdly, the diversity of animals is very poor. Everything is in semi-darkness, most of the fish are not visible. The pipe itself was passed in 5 minutes. 0 new impressions. In my homeland (Russia, Vladivostok) - a higher level. Entrance fee for an adult is 500 baht, for a child - 300 baht

Located on Sukhumvit rd Pattaya.

Nothing to see, a few fish in an aquarium.
For the price of 500 bath per person you can expect a little more.
This is outright theft.
They take photos of you everywhere so that you can buy them at the exit for another hefty price...
Don't go there, you'll be outside again in 10 minutes.

Yes it is very much possible and we did the same. First half for Coral island and other water sports. 2 hours in the afternoon is enough for Underwater World.

Does this place have a luggage deposit corner? Can we visit here straight from airport with all our baggage in tow & deposit at the entrance counter? If yes, what are the charges? Does it have an eatery? Can we have a proper lunch here?

Hi, I think you should be able to deposit your bags at the entrance as they do have trollies,etc for kids. However, it would be good if you do not take bags along as it is very big place and you would be tired by the time you get out, so carrying bags would be a big hassle, yes there are eateries around serving buffet lunch.
