What a wonderful service from Becky on my spa day, will highly recommend and will be back again soon, such a wonderful relaxing day and the welcome and care was outstanding, and a variety of treatments at a beautiful hotel.

Book through Groupon for a special life time friend for her 60th
We arrived to some confusion due to receptionist being off due to sickness
Once all was clarited our experience began with a full 2 and half hours use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room
The icing on the cake was the 25 minutes exfoliation messager performed by Timea and Gemma, they were attentive, professional and very welcoming👏🏾🙌🏾👌🏾
A full 10 across the board
We than had afternoon tea with procescco, rounding off our day spent at the The Chase
Thank you Cheltenham Chase spa for making a day to remember between to friends unforgettable 😊

Really enjoyed my stay there.. lovely staff and nice and clean rooms.. Gym and Spa and Gym great.
Parking free .. great for visiting Cheltenham and Gloucester and the nearby Cotswolds .

We visited the Spa on Wed 1st Aug, I had a full body massage & Scrub with Danny, it was amazing my neck & shoulders was so tense, by the time she’d finished with I felt so relaxed. My friend had the same treatment with Natasha and she was equally as good. Both was very helpful and made myself and friends feel at home. The lady on Spa Reception was great & helped us choose some lovely products.

Overall an excellent spa break, thanks to Natalie for the relaxation ritual treatment (very relaxed drive home). Rooms are big and comfy, food was good, staff are all polite and professional. The only thing that let it down was the small size of the pool, jacuzzi and the steam room wasn't working.

I had a scalp neck and back massage with danni and it was absolutely amazing. She took the utmost care and made it a really pleasant experience. Will be back again 😊 the pool and spa facilities were also beautifully clean and looked after

Just came back from a lovely Spa day at the Cheltenham Chase Hotel. It's a beautiful Hotel and Spa and the all the staff are very friendly and attentive. I had a full body massage and facial with Natalie, she is a very experienced Therapist and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She asked me what pressure I wanted, I said firm and she applied a very firm massage all the way through the massage then ended with a lovey relaxing facial. It was the most amazing and relaxing treatment from start to finish, I have massages and facials quite regularly but this was the best i've had in a long time, i will definitely be going back for another one!
