Thanks to Nina for her passion, patience and helpful advice , thanks to AnneLise for her discreet presence , but which allowed a perfect organization.
It only makes you want to get started and come back to learn other cooking techniques
Small personal ps: the layout of your kitchen is a treat for the eyes, your vegetable garden a call to work well done.

Beautiful, stimulating, informative and joyful internship experience (there were 10 people) to learn how to make pastries and sourdough bread over two days with the joy of leaving home with pastries and breads made by ourselves!
On the evening of the first day devoted to pastries , we stayed in the guest rooms offered by the Barn team , comfortable and quiet rooms where we slept very well , ready to start a new dynamic day for learning sourdough bread!
Warm and attentive team and very professional speakers!
Conclusion: we all left completely reassured and with the desire to start again at home and do a new internship!

Very nice day to learn how to use sourdough to make bread (molded, round) , brioche, and pizza dough .
I was afraid that a whole day would be too long but I didn’t see the time pass.
Thanks to the two hosts.

Very nice place. Very pleasant workshop and a nice convivial moment with Guillaume and Anne-Lise.
We left with our "creations" and it was delicious.

I attended the sourdough bread workshop yesterday and frankly super clear and detailed workshop, a lot of practice as I like, Marie, Armand and Camille are adorable. Very good concept on 1 day with breakfast and lunch included. Homemade pizzas and salads are a real treat. Thanks to you I will come back for another workshop.

After a night in one of the guest rooms of the provost, we participated in a workshop canned and pickles the next morning. I loved the experience, including starting with breakfast together to get to know each other in a friendly and gourmet way. The day and the recipes follow one another, everyone puts their hands together, exchanges recipes and advice, not forgetting the most important one being the learning of conservation techniques that will be carried out as soon as we return home. The welcome is warm, Julie Nina and Aude took care to pass on their knowledge, answer our questions, share their tips all in a sweet and friendly atmosphere. We quickly feel confident. It's an intense day full of exchanges. We leave with the desire to come back. Thank you very much for this beautiful Sunday with you.

We slept at the gîte with a friend, clean and pleasant room, very nice common area. Then we did a lactofermentation workshop, thanks to Nina for sharing her knowledge and all her good advice, and thanks also to Camille for welcoming us to the place all day. A great, pleasant and smiling team.
