The Vineyard Tour, Tasting and Lunch was amazing!
It is a small, organic vineyard, with excellent wine and stunning views, which we experienced with 6 other guests.
Alfonso, our tour guide, is a wealth of information, and made the whole experience fun. Patrizia, the owner, (in addition to cooking a fabulous meal with her sister?), took time to chat with each table (Alfonso interpreted, when needed).
The food was fabulous, with great wine flowing throughout the meal.
This amazing experience, was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy and we would highly recommend it if you are in the area!

Today visiting the Raito vineyards, two adults and two girls. At the entrance we received with kindness and courtesy first from the daughter, then from the mother who gave us two baskets with a bottle of wine, voucher, sandwiches, appetizers, juices, water and fruit. He gave us a map and showed us the route. Beautiful view and very well-kept vineyard, but I consider the price of €190 to be very excessive, also because nothing else was offered to us.

The vineyard tour and wine tasting is AMAZING! Such a beautiful location, views, and story behind the winery. Alfonso the tour guide is really knowledgeable about wine making, the local customs and Le Vigne di Raito, making the tour informative and fun. Patrizia's home cooking was probably the best meal I had on my trip to the Amalfi Coast, her hospitality was incredibly generous and it was an experience I'll never forget. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area with a love of good food, good wine and good people!

The guided tour was really interesting. Alfonso, the guide, took us around the vineyard and explained the processes of making their wines. He then made us taste red wine and rosé. Patrizia, the owner, accompanied the wine with homemade products and fresh bread. Everything was delicious and the view during the tasting was incredible! I highly recommend this vineyard.

Stunning place, which we had the pleasure of visiting with Mr Alfonso, who explained the local products to us in detail. We were pleased to meet the owner.

A perfect setting for wine tasting, cooking class and wonderful company. Alfonzo was a wealth of knowledge about the history of cuisine in Italy. The hostess's are sweet and wondeful teachers. We made Gnocchi Sorrentino, wine braised veal and a sour cherry crumb cake. We also were served cheese, bread, quiche and Eggplant parmegiano prior to sitting down to enjoy what we cooked. The view is breathtaking. Not to missed!!!!

My husband and I were looking for a wine tourism experience and given the good reviews we went to this property. We were more than satisfied as we found competent and very kind staff. Mr. Alfonso who showed us and guided us into the cellar and the vineyards where he answered all our questions and finally the owner, Mrs. Patrizia, welcomed us into the structure, very kind and who delighted us with her cuisine. We were very satisfied with the service received, we did this wine tour just as we hoped. The art of wine combined with the tasting of local dishes. Engaging and informative tour with Alfonso. Followed by tasting of two excellent reds and a rose that will change your opinion of what a rose is.
And dinner too.
Traditional dishes you won’t find in restaurants, all locally sourced, nothing we ate was from more than 1km away.
If you are in the region go and support a small producer. You will not regret it.

Per arrivarci bisogna volerci andare, ma una volta arrivati si entra in un mondo unico. Patrizia e sua figlia Alessia vi accompagnano nella loro azienda che ha bellezze da scoprire in ogni angolo. Una vigna che si affaccia sulla costiera, immersa tra tante piante ed alberi di ogni tipo. Le nostre ospiti ci hanno raccontato e appassionato con la storia della loro azienda come fosse un libro vivente. La degustazione Eno-gastronomica alla fine della passeggiata non può essere descritta altrimenti se non con “assolutamente da non perdere”. Ci sono tanti modi di interpretare il turismo, ma sono pochi quelli che, come le vigne di Raito, offrono una esperienza turistica non convenzionale che resta nel cuore.

We really enjoyed and learnt a lot during our visit. The host and our guide Alfonso was eager to share knowledge and did so with wit and humbleness. The place is incredible, lunch was amazing and the wines out of this world. Highly recommended for everyone 👏

I am almost certain that I will want to bring back all of the wines from this vineyard once I do the tasting. Does anyone that's been know the approximate cost per bottle? I want to make sure to bring enough cash to cover.

I don't remember how much the wine cost, but they did take card. They also sold other produce that they make - the lemon jam is amazing

Hi!
No. We work exclusively via reservation and don't accommodate walk-ins. Parking here is very difficult and we definitely don't recommend driving to/from a wine tasting. Send an email for further info.

Dinner is also 95E. Yes, you do need to reserve in advance, this is a small family vineyard and facility....the meal is served on the veranda of the home.

I saw that Le Vine di Raito will pick you up from your hotel. Do you know if they would pick up 4 people from Salerno? If so, do you know what they charge for transportation? Thank you for your help in advance!

We took a taxi from Salerno to Vietri Sul Mare (20 Euro) and they picked us up in the center to bring us to the vineyard.

It really depends on if you are going during the busy season... (summer months) or the off season. We were there in March and the roads were not too bad. I have read and heard stories of the crazy busy traffic on the narrow winding roads of the Amalfi Coast during the summer so if you google from Sorrento to Raito I believe it's about 1.5 hrs... I would add another hour if you are in the busy season. BUT, the drive is amazing and you will see all the wonderful coastal towns along the way... and most importantly the tour and the wine at Le Vigne is well worth the trip!

We visited Le Vigne di Raito for the tour of the vineyard followed by lunch in May and it was 90 euros per person. A lot of money on the face of it, but worth every single euro. Don't miss it, it will be the highlight of your holiday.
