バガンではとても珍しい木造寺院。木彫りの装飾がとにかく繊細で圧巻されるほど綺麗。全体的な色彩も歴史の重さを感じさせる。観光客もほとんどいなく、ゆっくりと見ることができた。一見の価値ありです。

バガンで１時間の馬車観光をしました。車などが入れないような村の中や遺跡群の中を馬車でめぐるのは非常によかったです。石造りやモルタルの仏塔が多いバガンですので木造の建物が現れた時はハッとしました。

Monastero ancora funzionante ed in via di restauro. Abitato da alcuni monaci che provvedono all’insegnamento. Costruito nel 18 sec. In un villaggio non lontano dalla vecchia Bagan in mezzo ad una folta vegetazione. Il monastero è tutto in legno , posizionato su enormi pilastri di legno di teak.

bizarrement il est proche de l'embarcadere ou les touristes debarquent et n'est pas tres indiqué. erreur, ce monastere est superbe, des familles l'occupent et vous visitez au milieu des Birmans qui y font la sieste, y mangent, tres belle construction

En dehors des sentiers battus, ce monastère est intégralement construit en teck, sur pilotis. Le travail du bois est remarquable, ont dirait de la dentelle par endroit. De l'huile est appliquée sur le teck pour le protéger, ce qui lui donne une couleur marron foncé

Construido en madera de teca hace 242 años es impresionante. Nos encantó el delicado trabajo de las paredes con profusa decoración de figuras. Muy tranquilo sin turistas al estar un poco apartado, solo nosotros. Se pueden hacer fotos

En dehors de la zone que l'on peut appeler touristique, proche de la rivière Ayeyarwady, nous avons visité ce magnifique monastère toujours habité par des moines bouddhistes.
L'intérêt de cette visite se trouve dans l'architecture du monastère. Tout en teck, le bois a été sculpté dans les moindres détails, c'est magnifique. L'intérieur est non accessible.
Bref, si vous passez par là, faites-y un saut.

On the trip I went to a few monasteries. These are graceful and holly places. Since there are already photos of the monastery buildings, I concentrated on the little Shami, who one day will become a wise monk.

Burmese Buddhists must become monks once in their lives, and many times. The under-20s are called Shami, and the over-20s are called monks, usually at the age of seven or eight. The shortest time is a week, the longest life. Xiao Sha Mi and the monks are in a very high position. Because they observe the 5 precepts and 10 commandments, and the ordinary lay-people observe only five (being not to take life, not to steal, not to commit unchastity, not to tell lies, not to drink intoxicants), the President and the government officials show great respect when they see them.
In light of the holiness of the monastery, I’ll rate it as excellent, otherwise I would have selected very good from an average tourist interest standpoint.
Walking around the monastery and other places in Myanmar, I saw many females with a powder on their face. In Myanmar, 80% of girls use a powder made from the bark of the neem tree called tanaka. The powder is said to whiten, absorb oil, remove freckles, prevent insects, and block harmful sun rays.
