Buddhism has played a big role in recovery for me and this was a must see for me.
Touristy but a place to take in the peacefulness.

We had a wonderful day spent with my family here . We had very good guide called Kat with us and she was very helpful. It’s a must visit if you are in Ninh Binh

Beautiful temple with a giant Buddha inside. Very peaceful and inspiring pagoda. There were two women inside that made me this picture :)

There is a motorcycle parking mafia there. These guys will stop you, follow you, whistle at you and shout at you until you finally park inside there parking. There is a huge free area around there. You can park thousands of bikes. But these guys won’t allow to do that. They charge you 15,000 dong per bike. It’s an organized mafia from the locals.

Hi respect is the key; even though this is open for sight seeing. Just observe common sense and respect.
1. No sleeveless.
2. Don't show too much skin
3. If wearing skirt or dress, should be below your knees.
4. If wearing shorts, should not be the short short. The length should be 3/4 way to your knees or longer.
Bai Dinh is magnificent and requires a lot of walking so comfortable clothes are needed.
