To have the opportunity to learn a true Italian dish was by far amazing. I had no idea on what I was doing, but the time and passion Rosy had showing me how to make true Italian pasta and sauce (oh don't forget those cheese balls) was such a priceless moment for me. Then for desert for the 1st time I had a crepe and can I say Yes!! Loved it all!
I have been wanting to meet and cook with Rosy for a few years now and I finally got that chance. Thank you taking the time to cook with all of us at Deana's home.

What a fun afternoon learning and helping prepare a traditional Italian meal. I was welcomed at my friend’s home with a hug and kiss from Rosy and her family. The afternoon of prep and cooking our meal was filled with laughter, hands on instruction, more laughter and lots of wine. It was a wonderful afternoon and the time flew. I had a memorable time. Rosy is a true Italian Gem and I am very grateful to have spent a few hours with such a warm, funny and professional Chef.

Today we held a cooking class in Cerratina, Abruzzo, Italy. We entered and were greeted by the whole family. We felt part of the family. Rosy taught us how to make the pasta, sauce, meatballs and biscuits from scratch! Then we sat down and celebrated. (more than the wine😁) It was amazing!!!! Thank you Rosy for a wonderful day.

Rosy is extraordinary! She has created an authentic Abruzzi cooking and dining experience that embodies what family and cooking are all about. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, this was a day we will always remember. Technique, skill, knowledge, and a whole lot of love. From appetizers to dinner she took great care to create beautiful and meaningful table settings graced with family mementos, delicious special foods she had made, featuring locally sourced seasonal ingredients, and paired with lovely local wines. The care and time she spent preparing for our arrival was significant. Everything was impeccable. She opened her home to us like we were family giving us a wonderful cooking experience with excellent tips, patience, and a lot of fun! The day was a highlight of our trip. We will never forget Rosy, her mother, Annabelle, and her whole family’s hospitality, passion for good food, and love for others and what they do. We highly recommend Cooking with Rosy!

Definitely one of the best highlights of any trip to Italy! Cooking with Rosy is more than a cooking lesson. It is a truly unforgettable experience that is filled with love! Love of food, culture, family, life…and great fun!
We just returned for a third time!
Rosy and her mother, Annabella, always pour out love and hospitality beyond measure. We had an amazing warm welcome with sparking wine and a beautiful array of delicious appetizers which gave us time to chat and admire Rosy's table which is always so beautifully decorated. After a glorious time of cooking and laughing, we sat down to enjoy the wonderful food we had prepared. Along with wine and homemade liqueurs, the most special part of the meal was sharing it with Rosy’s family…all together, around the table in true authentic Abruzzese fashion. They truly made us feel like part of the family. Memories to last a lifetime!
Don’t miss this absolutely amazing experience if you are in the area! Or make a special trip…it will be definitely worth the drive!

Cooking with Rosy is more than just a cooking lesson. It is a fun filled immersion into cooking Abruzzo style while engaging with Rosy’s family who are the most welcoming family we have ever met. From start to finish the passion Rosy has for her family and the traditional style of cooking inspires you to engage the experience with the same passion Rosy exudes.
Rosy warned us not to eat breakfast and these are very wise words as the traditional Italian breakfast sent the tastebuds wild while filling our belly’s before we began cooking lunch. The use of organic foods was a real positive and allowed us to get back to nature as we began preparing the pasta using methods we can’t wait to try when we get back to Australia. While the Chitarra was rising we began with the meatballs and Rosy and Nona continued to guide us along the way with positive feedback and tips for the future. Then it was onto desert a fun filled experience helped along with a glass or two of locally sourced wine.
That was not all the absolute highlight was the privilege of celebrating the experience with Rosy’s family who went out of there way to ensure our glasses and bellies where full while we shared stories about our families and the different traditions we celebrate. The home made aperitif finished the experience with a bang.
Cooking with Rosy is more than just a cooking lesson it is a truly memorable experience that in this case money can buy. You will not be disappointed and we wish Rosy and her family our best wishes and look to maintain the friendship for a long time to come.

Rosie and Annabelle were an awesome duo, prepared upon our arrival to their home. They carried out our class with fun and enthusiasm! Both ladies are very knowledgeable. The best part was sitting down to eat with Rosie and her family, we ate our well cooked pasta and meatballs, it was delicious! The family is dynamic and very passionate, Rosey and I had a lot in common and no doubt we would be good friends if I lived in Abruzzo.

You will love everything about your tour. Rosaria is so welcoming and makes this fun and educational day an experience your family will remember. The fact that everything was delicious is the icing on the cake!!

We spent a great day with Rosie and Annabella learning about and tasting traditional Abruzzo food. It was special to be invited into their home and share their love of cooking. We started the day tasting different local appetizers, and then we learned how to make ravioli, meatballs, and biscotti. Best of all, we then shared the meal with Rosie, Annabella, and the rest of their family! Highly recommend this course for a fun day of learning about food and making new friends!
