Lawrence house is in Wadi Rum Protected Area. A huge rock in the middle of the yard with Lawrence name on one side and on the other side Emir Abdullah bin Al Hussein name. It has a gate and few tents at the end. Nice to stop for few minutes.

This is a very popular stop on a 4x4 tour of Wadi Rum as witnessed by the number of vehicles, the tent serving tea and selling souvenirs and the numerous little cairns stacked up on every ledge. Tenuous links to T. E.. Lawrence.
The view is spectacular but you will, potentially, be jostled by selfie takers posing on the overhang.
There were better locations outside of the protected area.

Camping bizim için tur organize ettiler. Bu turda İngiliz casusu Thomas Lawrence filminin çekildiği vadide Lawrence House denilen yerin kalıntıları vardı. Bu vadinin genelinde bir çok ünlü film çekilmiş. "Alaaddin, Marcianin, Star Wars vb. filimleri çekilmiş.

J'ai trouvé toutes sortes de possibilités et bcp de prix surfait.
Cet agence m'à proposé aller et retour aqaba et Wadi Rum au prix de 65 DJI par personnes y compris 5 h en 4X4 et un goûter avec les bédouins. Pensez à vous couvrir chaudement. En tout cas en janvier.
Juste les yeux ont de la peine à tout voir.

un arrêt encore d'un quart d'heure pour ce que l'on nous indique comme la maison de Lawrence d'Arabie. Quelques pierres alignées sur quatre ou cinq rangs, pas de toit et les côtés écroulés. Vivement que l'on retroune dans le désert

Il ne reste que des ruines de la maison de Lawrence, bâti sur les ruines d'une citerne nabatéenne.
La vue sur les hauteurs est magnifique, avec tous les cairns assemblés.

Pasear por el desierto ( siempre con un guia autirizado) es un placer; que se ha de saborear sin prisas.

The house itself is really nothing special. Completely in ruin, difficult to believe it is a house. But all the surroundings are great. If possible climb the rock behind the house and there is one my favourite landscape of the Wadi Rum. Simply amazing. The kids had a lot of fun in climbing it.
