Flower Forest is absolutely beautiful—full of vibrant colors, peaceful surroundings, and the lovely sound of birdsong. It's perfect for plant lovers who are curious about the variety of flora in Barbados. Shane (our guide) was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts about the plants and some of their medicinal uses.
For those looking for photo ops -- the Window of Hope was a great spot! We also learned about plants used for everything from shampooing hair to treating hypertension, which was fascinating. The tour of the forest was well-paced, but keep in mind that the terrain can be uneven, so it might not be suitable for those who have difficulty walking long distances.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Flower Forest during a company excursion, and it was an enchanting experience. The tour included a guided walk through the lush gardens, showcasing a stunning array of flowers and plants. We also enjoyed informative talks about the different species and their unique characteristics and useful properties. The towering trees, bright flowers, the colors, scents, and meticulous landscaping were truly breathtaking.

Flower Forrest was absolutely breathtaking! The amount of love put into this area is out of this world! Just so beautiful! I highly recommend to anyone that would like to venture around beautiful tropical scenery without a tour guide! It’s awesome!

This is a beautiful walk on well paved trails. Plenty of places to sit and just soak up nature. There is a fabulous cafe with the best coffee I’ve had in Barbados. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth a visit

We were fortunate to go here when there were few other visitors. We wandered around the garden and did not see or hear anyone. The sounds of the forest were amazing along with the stunning plants. We were told it would be a 35 min walk but we took every path and stopped to take in the views, the sounds and smells. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Loved the sinks in the ladies- nice to see earthworks pottery celebrated there.

We enjoyed a leisurely walk in the flower forest. So many beautiful flowers, orchids, and trees. The park is well kept and the staff were friendly. It felt cooler in the tropical forest. First we had visited the Earthworks pottery, about 15 minutes away, to buy pottery to bring home. We appreciated how the pottery was incorporated into the flower forest in the pathways, a sculpture, and some of the signs. You can also buy the same pottery in the gift shop.

We were looking for something to do one day and my son discovered the Flower Forest. We went there directly after visiting Earthworks Pottery and discovered that they are owned by the same people. They aren't right near each other. To get to the site, you have to travel roads that can be steep and windy. We got there just as a big tour group was leaving so we let them depart. We did a tour ourselves so we could take as much time as we wanted to stroll the lovely grounds. There are so many different kinds of flowers and bushes and trees from all over the world with markers that tell what each species is and where it's from. We noticed that there were pottery pieces all over the forest that were made by Earthworks. There were also numerous spots that had benches or chairs if you wanted to stop and sit for awhile with many in the shade. It wasn't so big that you felt tired after walking the grounds. It was just lovely and relaxing.

A beautiful rainforest garden, with wonderful views overlooking the Scotland district, by the lookout, beautiful floras and faunas, nice and lush big trees, clean and well maintained grounds, nice relaxing spots through the garden, the laminated maps to get you around on your own is a nice touch, no guide is necessary, because this property is also owned by the same owner of Earthworks Pottery a lot of their influences are noticeable throughout the property...I love it!

Plenty of space for young children to work off energy, it’s the biggest garden in Barbados by almost twice. Ice cream, lollies, juices and soft drinks. Fish cakes, hot dogs, chips and sandwiches. Yes, we think it is a great place for the whole family to visit.
