Finally, the loungers are consistently emptied by the staff. Very pleasant and everyone gets a place.

We were yesterday on 12.11.2024 with 6 people at their guest, all owners of 10er cards. 4 people have been coming to them for about 25 years. What happens to us is an absolute naughtiness, although it was at least 50% of the loungers were empty with us everything was always cleared. Once even 2 bags were left at the reception, this is private property and no one is right to remove the things. It's a shame to treat us like this. If the loungers are occupied and many guests are there that is ok, but not where nothing was going on to treat us like this. It's sad after all these years of being treated like this. No respect to the guests.

As regulars of the sauna we are very disappointed by the behavior of the employees...as others wrote here, the ladies who are busy in this respect rigorously clear towels from loungers, although on weekdays loosely 50% of the loungers are unoccupied ..very bad policy, which drives away various regulars 💩🥴😕

Die Sauna ist wirklich topp...in allem stellt eure taschen in die dafür vorgesehenen regale und legt euch im bademantel auf eine liege...verlasst die liege leer wo ist hier das problem ?.
es ist in jeder gepflegten sauna so und sieht einfach gepflegt und stilvoll aus .
wasser schön warm..salzbecken u. wechselbäder einfach toll.
restaurand mit neuem besitzer auch sehr sehr gut.

I have been a loyal guest in Holzweiler for 28 years.
However, I no longer feel comfortable.
Even if you just put your bag next to a lounger without blocking it, you get a "speeding ticket"
This is possible even if only 30% of all loungers are occupied. I feel this is harassment and will greatly minimize visits.

We have been to the Panorama Sauna in Holzweiler very often. So far, we've only been able to report good news. The outdoor area is very nice and well maintained. Inside, too, everything was always to our satisfaction. But what happened to us there yesterday mocks every description. We had chosen a nice place to relax there. Then did a sauna session, came back to our loungers and found a note saying that we are not allowed to reserve the loungers, next time, the staff would just put the things away even though at least 40 or more loungers were still available. What does the management want to achieve with this??? We find it very sad that in this way, you want to force customers to rent a lounger. Perhaps you will reconsider this decision

I have been visiting the Panorama Sauna regularly for over 40 years. Unfortunately, I have become increasingly dissatisfied in recent years. Prices have already been raised three times in the last four years. This may certainly be due to increased energy costs and other external factors, which is why I can understand the price adjustments in principle. Nevertheless, I find the current price acceptable.
However, what has bothered me greatly are the constant construction sites in the sauna in recent years. Even though these have ultimately led to improvements, they still significantly impair the sauna experience.
I find it particularly annoying that I had to pay an extra 2 euros for my recently purchased ten-card, even though I already purchased the card over a year ago when the prices were last increased. I think this practice is unfair.
In addition, I noticed that the service has decreased recently. The lady at the reception was often unfriendly on my last visits, which I am not used to from the past.
Regarding my visits to the restaurant, I would like to note that the price-performance ratio for me has significantly decreased. The quality of offers has fallen, while prices have risen sharply.

Were back today after a long time (because moved away).
For us still the best far and wide. In the meantime, some renewed. Don't understand the organ above the restaurant. Hellmich was really good, certainly not worse now.

Very old institution, not meant in a negative way, it is constantly being renovated and modernized and new saunas are being created. I think the panoramic sauna is great, lots of saunas and sauna infusions. Large sunbathing areas, pools and various whirlpools.
Massages and hammam are also offered, but unfortunately too few appointments are possible, as there are probably not enough staff for them, but if you get a hammam appointment it is the best. I used to get to an appointment quicker.
Also worth mentioning is the restaurant, what more could you want to sit down and be served and be pampered, well-stocked kitchen, simple but enough. There are also delicious cakes.
Of course you can find a hair in every soup. But when I see the self-service restaurants in the other sauna parks, no thanks.
I have already visited and tried out many other saunas in the area but in the end I always come back to the panoramic sauna and can recommend it with a clear conscience. Always like to go there to relax.

I like going here, especially because I have back pain and the water is very warm. Good rest guaranteed. I'd rather go to a slightly older facility than to an overcrowded "wellness temple".
