There are many shopping malls in New Taipei, especially in the Banqiao area. If you want to specialize in movie theaters, you must have more cafes and restaurants. This is very necessary. If you can't make your own unique features, you should find chain brands instead of doing something like this. A store that I can’t go to at all.

麗寶百貨廣場就在新板特區內，與板橋車站有空橋相連接。在這麼好的位置，理應受到歡迎，實際上商場內除了電影院外，商店及美食街店家不多且無太大特色，無法吸引人潮，蠻可惜的。

Opposite to the hotel where we stayed Ceaser Park Hotel Banqiao. This mall is a bit run down. Most of the shops are closed except kids gaming zone at the ground floor and a cinema hall. Definitely, not worth visiting.

The location is very good. But as a shopping mall, there is nothing special to see except movie theater. It is a pity.

板橋駅前バスターミナルのすぐ横にある、中規模なショッピングビルです。地図の検索などを見ると、デパートの表示がされているのを見ましたが、少し感じが違います。テナントが集まった商業ビルといった内容で、最もの特徴はシネコンが入っていることでしょうか。お客さんは、若い年代が多い感じでした。

停車方便但電影優惠比較少。平日去看要有聯名卡才有優惠。百貨人潮滿少的，常常都很空曠的百貨。大多是來停車、用餐和看電影的人。

HiMall shows unmistakable signs of decay in a competitive environment that makes it look lackluster compared to Far Eastern's shiny Mega City Mall or the temptations of Global Mall food court in nearby Banciao train station. Surely Showtime Cinemas still attract movie-goers, and Ikki Restaurant on the 6th floor is going strong despite having lost their neighbors (Hung Steak and Fujimaru both packed in). There's an indoor playground for kids in the basement, and pop-up stores hawk their wares on the 5th floor. Frankly not worth a detour.
