What a great experience with Jenn and Chip! They helped us plan an amazing itinerary for our trip. Restaurants, activities all were arranged an it made our trip so much nicer. I would absolutely contact them again for help planning our future trips!

Great experience! The way to go in this area - rent a cart and cruise around to all the great towns and beaches. Jen and Chip are fantastic - planned our whole trip, "Zoomed" with us prior, learned about our family and what we wanted out of the trip (spring break with 14 and 11 year-old). They arranged catamaran sunset cruise, deep sea fishing, ATV/Zip line, surfing, beach day (with umbrellas, chairs, etc.), white water rafting, all transportation! Concierge service with North Carolina hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone! Thank you!!

So happy that we trusted Chip and Jennifer to help with our Costa Rico visit. We rented 2 carts for 4 couples. We received exceptional service. The carts were at the Airbnb when we arrived and were picked up once we left. The gas powered carts were in very good condition and easy to use. We were able to drive to the beach and local areas. We highly recommend working with Chip and Jennifer for carts and to schedule side excursions such as a sunset catamaran ride, hikes, ATV adventures or a special dinner. We will definitely work with them for future visits!

We rented a golf cart for our month long stay, it was an excellent and relaxing way to get around to all the beachs and restaurants in the area. The cart was delivered to our condo the day we arrived and pick up the day we departed. Chip always stopped by and gassed up the cart as required. Chip/Jennifer also provided great recommendations and information about the area and restaraunts. Thanks for helping make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We loved being able to take our carts to the beach and to local restaurants. It’s a great way to get around in Costa Rica. Chip and Jennifer were so friendly and their customer service is top notch! Our carts were waiting for us when we arrived at our house which was very convenient. We used them day and night all week. We will definitely rent from them again!

My husband and I booked an air bnb with Jennifer in Potrero, Costa Rica for our honeymoon.This review is for the stellar service she provided above and beyond that to help us book all our adventures and reservations. Her communication was always prompt, friendly, and precise. We did a zoom call with her and she answered all of our many questions. She was always available after that to help us if we needed anything, to give us confirmations on the days we had something booked, and was quick to make last minute adjustments for our shuttle to the airport. I noticed a vast difference between the amount of time it took us to book all our adventures on our last visit in Costa Rica versus the time we SAVED having Jennifer help us with all of it this time. She is so nice and friendly to boot. Our time in Potrero was fun and stress free thanks to Jennifer!

This was our second time renting golf carts from Jennifer and Chip in Playa Flamingo. What you need to know is that you get so much more than you would think beyond renting a vehicle.
They helped us find tours, find a photographer, and answer any questions we might have. They responded to our any of our messages within minutes and helped us when we had to adjust all of our reservations because someone was unable to come at the last minute.
Also, we did have some mechanical issues with the carts but to say that they were responsive is an understatement. They immediately responded, had a mechanic to fix it (even on New Year's Eve) and went as far as to drive our group in their own car while it was repaired.
I fully recommend using this company.

Costa Rica is amazing, but Jennifer from Rent a Gold Cart made our holiday phenomenal! We stayed for 8 days and rented a golf cart for the whole trip. Jenneifer went out of her way to give us good advice on things to do and places to eat. She is very kind and prompt with her responses. She organized a trip for us with a very knowledgeable guide named Gravin to a secluded rainforest hike with hanging bridges 2 hrs away from Potrero. We had the forest to ourselves. Then he took us to sloth sanctuary where... we got within 1 foot of a sloth! (Plus Monkeys, viper snakes, tree frogs and much more...) We will be contacting Jennifer for our next trip and recommending her to everyone we know. Until we meet again - Pura Vida!

Jennifer and Chip were the best!- super friendly and responsive!! We really enjoyed meeting them both and picking their brains about local restaurants & customs. We rented 2 gas golf carts. They were both in great condition! So happy we had them to explore the area with. If you are staying in the Flamingo/ Potrero area I highly recommend hiring golf carts from this company!

Chip and Jennifer are top notch! Customer service was fantastic. They even delivered the carts to us a day early when we ended up getting to our house earlier than anticipated. We also managed to run the batteries down on both carts in the first 24 hours!! Yes, they are gas carts, but they have headlights that stay on when the key is off. Took us a couple tries to figure that out!! Chip was on it both times and bailed us out within minutes of calling him.
The golf carts made getting around extremely easy. Chip and Jennifer made the rental experience even better. Highly recommend using them for cart rental.

Hello, I will be in Potrero on the 24th-25th. Do I or should I reserve a golf cart for 4 or are reservations not necessary? Also, Are you open Christmas day? What is the cost for one or two days?

Thank you for your message! I highly recommend you reserving a cart if you definitely want one. Peak season and we are all booked on the 26th so I would need the cart back late on the 25th. Price is $55.00 per day. Where are you staying?

We have 2 different models...Deluxe and Regular. All the carts seat 4 people and run on gas. Makes it much easier than having to charge the cart.
For one day the Deluxe is $50.00, Regular is $40.00
One Week for Deluxe is $300.00, Reg is $250.00
