My girlfriend and I stayed in Playa Flamingo in April 2015 - had such a good time! One of the things on our 'bucket list' was to do some kind of an excursion. We walked the town in search of a company that could assist us with our adventure needs. We were disappointed at first by the lack of enthusiasm and guidance we received from one particular excursion company we had come across... so we decided to hold off and instead asked a 'local' for the 'best guide and excursion company'... she immediately directed us to speak to Francisco of Costa Rica Thrills... and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. Francisco was very friendly and extremely knowledgable about the area. He put together a great day excursion for us involving horseback riding, hiking, zip-lining (that was unreal!!!!), tubing down a river with 1&2 class rapids, mud baths, and swimming at the base of a waterfall. It was a great day... had a lot of laughs and created some amazing memories! We have since become friends with Francisco and hope to visit him again soon! All the best.

Let me first start off by saying that I have been fortunate enough to have visited many places and to have been on many adventures and excursions. The Rincon De La Vieja tour was absolutely the best one I have been on in my life. I am dead serious. It includes breathtakingly fun and exciting ziplining, horse back riding, tubing down rapids in the raw jungle of Costa Rica, swimming in waterfalls, taking a mud bath in natural hot springs, we even saw white faced monkeys. I went back to the same excursion twice because I loved it so much and wanted to share the experience with my family and friends when they came down for a visit. My husband and I stayed in Playa Potrero for almost 2 months and loved our tour guide, Francisco, so much that we did a bunch of excursions with him. We went on the catamaran, we did the ATV tour which was so much fun too. Francisco is honestly the best tour guide you could ever wish for. He is very knowlegable, super kind, very friendly, very welcoming and goes out of his way to make sure you are ok and having a great time. And he is whole lot of fun! You are sure to have a blast with Costa Rica Thrills!!!! Pura Vida :)

My husband and I are interested in booking a tour, but the website link does not work. Which tours would people recommend?
