此区域是很适合台南长居生活的地方，位于此处的台南火车站是台南的交通门户，后站有全台南最高建筑，周边百货饭店林立，并有着成功大学广大的校园绿地，富有学院的文教气息，与悠闲的气氛，大学路上的巷弄间拥有许多异国料理餐厅与咖啡馆，是闹中取静的好去处；成大校园里的榕园与绿地更是市民午后野餐散步的首选，常见外国脸孔在此流连忘返，知事官邸是东区保存最好也是最华丽的日治时代建筑古蹟，东门路上的大东门城也完美的融合进现代的交通要道里，东区巷弄里的种子博物馆是此地必访的世外桃源；永康区则是台南最大的卫星都市区域，繁华中却藏着台南在地静谧久远的历史，想缅怀台南早期开发史的朋友可以到这里来。

Traffic nearby is crowded, they only guide the visiting cars to go out and go in ,they seemed not care about the walking visitors or bike visitors, Toilets are quite too small (when getting in or out you might touch the door or toilet' bowels) your pants might get dirty ( compare to Mitsukishi , Far East etc. ). Quite crowded in the mall ,while walking , you might scratch with some other shoppers. Not recommended.

吃喝玩樂, 樣樣俱全，停車方便，四週腹地廣大.
有各種異國料理，任你挑選。有小朋友愛玩的，各式遊樂場。大人小孩都不會悶的發慌。

一句話形容 整個造早上要去地下威秀影城的路亂七八糟,不是主要的路被鎖死不然找到路過去 也沒任何標示只能跑到門口問警衛 要不是影城離我家很近這種品質真的很不想再來

這是個台南東區的大型購物中心，根飯店整合在一起。裡面有各種專櫃，餐廳，還有電影院。停車有戶外有室內，非常充足。逛街購物的好地方。
This is a large mall with hotel, restaurant , gym, spa and many shops together. They have both under ground or above ground parking. There are many restaurant inside the mall includes buffet, American, Japan, Korean, and Asian restaurant also food stand and super market. Great place to shop eat and also there are cinema inside.

台南に滞在中こちらの場所を訪れました。台南駅の東側に位置する大きなショッピングモールで、駅からは近くありませんが物販店、飲食店、スーパーマーケットなど内容が充実していて楽しく時間を過ごせました。

I am guessing this is the ‘it’ mall of the district, with something for the whole family. there was zara home, eslite bookstore, quality food places and a good departmental store. there was even a night market with young people selling fashion accessories and quality clothes during the weekend I was there

停車場蠻大的，也有戶外的，可惜距離較遠，內部的店家很多樣化，該有的都有，只是假日去人潮很多，推薦平常日比較能專心的逛。

夢時代進駐各式美食餐廳，選擇非常多樣，是聚餐的好地方！這裡有許多大眾、特殊品牌，非常好逛！還有電影院、健身房，而且停車也相當方便，是吃飯逛街也是休閒的好去處！
