“传统在地夜市”

屏东市区在地夜市，保留传统由菜市场发展而成的夜市风貌，与台湾其他有名的观光夜市不太一样。夜市内有许多台湾小吃，可惜用餐环境比较杂乱简陋，还有许多机车穿梭其间，走路逛夜市要小心。

Pingtung Night Market

The entire road is full of food, not shopping. There are many delicious snacks, and parking is easy nearby. The disadvantage is that motorcycles can also come in, and people and vehicles compete for the road. I ate chicken rice and blood cake, rice sausage and meatballs, bubble ice, etc. I will come back next time

Authentic and various

This night market is known for its diversity food and also near the Pingtung train station. Besides, the price is so reasonable. One of my favorite chicken rice is located in intersection in this night market. Now let me explain why I like it so much. The rice is so soft mixed with awesome shredded chicken on the top then dressing up some amazing sauce. If you have a chance to visit here, you must try.

Delicious Taiwanese Food

So many Delicious food options and very affordable prices. Friendy service. The choice of Fresh Juices is great with the hot climate. Fun place to walk around and soak up the atmosphere of Pingtung.

The best place for shakya fruit

The night market itself is no different from any night markets that you can find in Taiwan. It's small but you'll find a lot of fruits stalls selling local fruits. One of the best local fruit that you must try is "shakya". There are two types, one is the original and the other is by graft to a pineapple plant. The original is about US$ 1.0~1.5 each and the later is about $3.0~3.5, really cheap and tasty! Try both I suggest though I like the original more.
