Travel to and in Cijing I rent a car in Kaohsiung and stay near 85 Skytower. Should I drive to the Island or leave the car and take ferry? Will it be difficult to park in the Island? I am travelling with family in a group of 3 with a youth. Does electric bike need driving licence? Thanks

Dear all, I planned to visit Cijing island on the 12th June afternoon, around 2pm. Just wondering if there's anything to note about closing time to attraction and etc? I saw review about the walk up to the hilltop, is it possible with the bicycle or something? We are travelling in group of 4, 2 are elderly. So we are thinking of renting those 4 people 'bicycle' to ride together. My aim is to complete the points of interest (windvane area, big seashell area, the hilltop etc) as well as shop for dried seafood items on the island. please advise if its do-able from 2pm to 5pm?
