翡翠水庫(台北市水源)集水區域，這裡有幾處茶園商家，可以品嚐茶的延伸產品及在地店家農產。此次來訪很明顯看到，水庫集水量不足(氣候因素)再加上，居(店)家防疫用水量加增，降雨進水與出水比例不對稱，水庫枯水日益嚴重。所以，大家要節約用水啊！！

離台北約30~40分鐘車程的石碇有一個連台北人都不知道的秘密景點,就是石碇千島湖.八卦茶園,拜現在網路發達之賜,我也是從網路得知,初次是過年期間來此景點,但當時天候霧濛濛,拍了一些照片不甚滿意,今天天氣不錯,特地再來重遊,反正離台北很近,石碇千島湖位於翡翠水庫上游,北宜公路27.1公里名叫塗潭的地方,來到此景點映入眼簾的美景卻是令我驚訝,台北居然有此美麗的人間仙境,除了千島湖外還有八卦茶園.永安步道等景點。

I visited Shihding Ciandao Lake, also known as, Thousand Island Lake, in September 2019. It is possible to catch the number 12 bus from Xindian Station but I paid for a half day tour instead to make sure I got there and back safely to my hotel. My tour also had a tea tasting event where we visited a tea museum too. I booked this on Klook.com. I went for the views and photos but the whole trip was amazing. This is a must see if you are looking for some breathtaking views and pictures. The scenery literally took my breath away. This place is so incredibly beautiful words cannot describe. It was very sunny and hot the day I went so make sure to take some extra water bottles as well as a fan and an umbrella to shield from the sun. Make sure to pack a lunch if you are on the tour as they do not provide food.

今年的公司員工旅遊安排到石碇千島湖，旅行社幫我們安排了專業車隊，有專人車上導覽，一路上看著優美的山景、茶園。車隊會停在景點附近，只要再走一下就能到達美麗的千島湖，雲霧飄渺的時候真的彷彿置身於仙境中。

久聞石碇千島湖，沒跟上之前一次登山行程，此行天氣大好，特來尋找，由新店端走北宜公路，經全長約4K的時速40公里區間測速路段，過「二格公園」路旁寫有「石碇」的大石後約3 ~4K，見右側路邊寫有「勝安宮」牌示處的叉路轉進，持續下坡，一段急陡下坡開始可以看到翡翠水庫上游，令人頓時明白「翡翠水庫」取名由來的翡翠色碧綠湖水，還不到寫有「永安步道」南口、北口的交叉路前，由右側寫有「八卦茶園」叉路轉進，至八卦茶園觀景台上賞景，看了入口旁的文字說明，推測觀景台中的茶樹底部應該是有八卦圖形，不過在茶樹長高後已經看不出來了！
原本以為走永安步道才可以看到千島湖，停好車由步道北口走到南口，才發現步道全程幾乎都被樹林遮蔽，由南口循產業道路走約2.5K回北口停車處，結論是步道最好的View其實就在步道北口入口處！
由於仍沒看到多數人會拍到的千島湖照片景觀，循原路回程過八卦茶園不遠，見路邊寫有來時忽略的「翡翠水庫景觀徒步區」指示，轉進後發現，此路視野多半也被樹木遮蔽，多數人拍到的千島湖照片，應都是在小吃店私人園地所具備得天獨厚的View攝影所得！ 可謂是~

走完永安步道正好肚子有點餓，店家滋味不錯的茶葉蛋、滷豆干及桂花蜜茶適時伴隨著美景解決了民生問題，此行依「大台北自然步道100」上「永安步道」的說明而行，正如書上所說，該處原非特闢的景點，因此沒有正規停車位，路邊空曠非紅線適停處不多，假日若車多開車找車位會是一大問題，宜多留意！

去過這個景點數次。地方不大，河流和綠山交錯的景緻很有特色。隨不同氣候及時間，看的感覺會有不同˙。陽光藍天下、夕陽晚霞間、煙雨霧氣中，各有意境。

Bus 12 from Xindian Station brought me to the bus stop “Shih San Gu” (十三股), It was a 3-hour brisk walk to the lake and the Bagua Tea Plantation and back to the bus stop.
Walking down the slope in search of the lake was fine and the views of the lake at different parts of the Yongan Mountain Trail are beautiful . Following the signboards will lead to these two places. The view of the tea plantation in May is not so nice as the tea leaves seemed to have dried up and also many parts of the plantation are not accessible.
Walking up slope can be tiring if one doesn't have strong leg muscles. Advice is to pick up a bamboo stick along the way as it can help to get you back to the bus stop. Take note of the time as buses can be quite crowded and may not have enough space for all who are in the queue.
Walking down the slope in search of the lake was fine and the views of the lake at different parts of the Yongan Mountain Trail are beautiful . Following the signboards will lead to these two places. 第一次去會覺得很新鮮，很漂亮，尤其它是一個只要騎車開車就能到的地方，對於沒體力用雙腳爬山的人來說，這片美景很親切！
之後再去就比較沒有新鮮感。山路很陡，不太好騎。附近因為都是茶園，所以雖然身在山中，但空氣並不是特別好。
