I think the place is relaxing for the elders. However, they won't be able to reach the places that requires a little walk (like the area of the bell and place where you write a wish on a leaf shaped paper). But don't worry, there are several places that they can enjoy there to relax and take photos :)

Hello! Dont recall have, but you can smoke around the cafe area. near the carousel. no park rangers around to stop you or watch you, so I guess it's fine.

Usually, the lavender blooms from November to May each year. :)

Me and my friends stayed there for around 1 hour and a half (1.5 hour) to take photos everywhere. Aside from picture taking, we take our time in the wishing place there :)

I am not familiar if they have cottages. I only saw shops and landmarks where you can take picture. I don't think they have that facility.
