The salon is well decorated and has a nice atmosphere but a manicure and pedicure cost approx. NT1600 with an extra charge of NT300-350 for nail polish, which usually comes as standard. No exfoliant or buffing in the pedicure, no moisturising cream used at all in either service. Really expensive for what was basically a file and polish. The staff were polite and hardworking but the service provided didn't at all match what we paid for it. Nearly NT5000 for two people, far above what we are used to paying for a better mani/pedi.

We’re sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with my salon and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies.
Please allow me to explain that, My salon do not have menu which is manicure and pedicure, we only have basic nail care (not include nail polish) and nail polish. However, It was too difficult to explain with my staff English proficiency, so they treatment to you both of them without explain for menu and price. This is totally our fault. I feel deeply sorry for that.
I have personally addressed this with our staff to ensure this won't happen again, and also I would like to offer you free nail care and nail polish next time.

£60 for a file and paint in a train station? No hand cream or massage? Oh, and they charge extra for applying nail varnish. Go to Fleur instead

I came here with my friend to get my nails done. Staff here are extremely friendly and very patient. They will keep trying until they get things looking the way you want :) I'm very happy with the result and will probably go back to get my lashes done. My friend had it done and they look super cute and pretty

This salon is located beside of the SOGO department store.
And Japanese owner transfer Japanese technique and hospitality service.
The Japanese staff also speak Chinese , and some of Taiwanese staff can speak English. I ordered eye blow cut and teeth whitening , my friend take a Full course , including Nails , Eye rush , Make up .
