We had a great time at Masseria Fragnite. Daniela was a great hostess, provided a lot of interesting and relevant information. Lunch was absolutely amazing. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

The visit was really great, thanks to Daniela.
The tasting at the end of the tour is really very generous. We have bcp cheeses to taste + desserts (dried fruit + fresh fruit).
It was really a fun and fun activity. Thank you for this moment.

As 5 adults we visited this working Masseria where we were taken on the production journey from cows to mozzarella and buratta production. The guide was a member of the family, very knowledgeable and multi-lingual. Afterwards we were given a tasting board of 6 cheeses, cured meat, breads, wine plus freshly made mozzarella and burrata. An excellent experience that lasted around 2.5 hours.

Highly recommend this Tour to this place. Daniela is a very good and charming guide. Speaks fluent English, French and bit German too. Absolutely worth the money and time. Tour was about 1.5h plus tasting which was very delicious. You are going to taste the Mozzarella and Burrata Cheese which they made in front of you few minutes earlier. Tasting includes other varieties of their cheese, homemade Bread and Focaccia, some Bacon, Water and Wine. We had a very good experience there. All in all we stayed there for about 3 hours.

Daniela took us on a wonderful tour of her family farm where they have lots of cows! We learned how mozzarella, burrata, cacciocavallo and canestrata are made and saw a demonstration of the fillatura process which was amazing. This was then concluded with a very generous tasting picnic of wine, water, cheese, ham and some lovely jams and figs. Mozzarella from the supermarket just can’t compete with this experience.

A very good contact via WhatsApp.
Normally, the tour being in English, seeing that we do not understand everything. Daniella who was visiting us, took the time to translate into French.
She is a pleasant and smiling person. A nice tasting at the end of the visit, like a picnic.
We can go with our eyes closed.
