A small but very well stocked sake bar with a wide range of craft and rare sakes all available to taste by the glass. Very reasonable pricing and Brian, the owner, is a friendly host who enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion for sake if you are interested in learning. And if you just want to drink that’s cool too. Well worth a visit.

We came for a sake tasting and had a blast. Brian is a great host and we ended up sampling 20 of his 100+ sake, all of them lovely. If you're into sake, this is your place. If you'd like to be into sake, this is your place even more. Absolutely worth the trip!

When I went to the centre first I thought it was quite small but I think it's great now. They have so many interesting sakes ('nihonshu') and the guys who run it are sake fanatics (especially one guy 'David') who is one of the most knowledgeable in sake people I know. He explains it so simply and with such passion.
This is probably the best place in Tokyo to go if you can't speak Japanese and you love sake.
And it's so close to the central Yokohama train station and all the department stores.
If you are in Yokohama don't miss this place!
