Th tour was chaotic at best. The tour guides with the blue Wonder flag did not show up until 8:05 for the 8:15 tour start. We boarded the bus about 8:35. Most of the passengers spoke Chinese and the tour was geared to them. The guide only read a brief summary in hard to understand English. I have lived in Asia for more than 60 years so I can read the Japanese signage and gain a lot from it. The bus driver and guide were arguing constantly about the correct time to return to the bus. It was a beautiful day and the stops were fabulous. The bickering on the bus between the professionals made it uncomfortable.

Our guide was very cordial. But, did not feel included much of the time,as she spoke mostly in Chinese. Answered my questions in English, but felt as if I missed some information along the way.

Excellent service. Yui-san was a wonderful and thoughtful guide and Shimada-san a terrific driver. I went with my parents, both over 80 y.o., and they had a blast while feeling well rested between stops. Yui-san was knowledgeable and committed to deliver a 5 star service. I advise to plan an early arrival to the departure site. Shinjuku station is humongous and is currently under construction.

Even in Japan, you can only enjoy autumn colors and cherry blossoms in special areas, but it was great to enjoy autumn colors and cherry blossoms in all seasons.

Easy to find meeting place, especially if you come by taxi, just ask for Shinkansen side. Tour guide Kiki was very efficient and very sweet. A long day, but well worth it. Goucho H and Takayama seem to have a closing day on a Wednesday as most shops closed in both places.

The views were amazing, as was our tour guide, Kiki. Highly recommend. So much to see and not enough time in Nakayama bc the plethora of shops but overall 5/5 for value, efficiency and convenience.

The three sites visited are each very unique and all are enjoyable, and the overall value is excellent. Our only issue is that this is billed as an English language tour, and though the guide did provide descriptions in English, he is from China and most of the customers are Chinese, so the guide’s Mandarin presentation was much more thorough than his English translation. Very few sites and restaurants along the route accept credit cards, so be sure to bring a lot of yen to pay for admissions and lunch.

I am glad I took this tour because otherwise I would have needed a rented car. So, that was a big plus.
But that was the only good part. I truly felt sorry for the Japanese guide who was struggling to show us an English sentence on his phone for a 15-minute description in Japanese to the Japanese tourists.
The whole idea of paying big bugs for a tour is to not have to do research about the places that we go to ahead of time and be able to have a conversation with the guide. This was pathetically missing!
Why cannot TripAdvisor or Viator who advertise big for these tours pay a little more to find a person who can put an English sentence together? I know Japan has many young people who look for such jobs. In that sense, I found this trip to be a total disappointment.
These companies earn big at English speakers' disadvantage. I find it terrible.
I would not pay for such shoddy jobs anymore with TripAdvisor or Viator. I find it unethical.

There was about three tours meeting at the same location. No one acknowledged us when we walked in so we had to chase down each guide to find out which was our tour. There was a problem with the bus and our start was delayed by 30 minutes. The guide was speaking Japanese. He would talk for 5-10 minutes then his co-guide would translate to Chinese then English. Her translation lasted a minute for each language. I’m sure we missed a lot of the original speech and we had a hard time understanding the English. We stopped at the zoo first and was on our own for lunch. There was not enough time to go through the whole zoo and have lunch. This stop is too short. The rest of the tour was okay. I think that we were shorted in time because we still got back within the 12 hours from when the tour was supposed to originally start.
