The store is not big, but it has everything you need~

High praise for Skytree’s big camera

The service attitude of the store clerk is excellent! They are very friendly with a smile. Although they don't speak Japanese, they can understand English and respond easily. They didn't bother to help us measure the length, width and height of the box. The quality of the service is really commendable! !

Be polite to foreigners who don’t understand Japanese

The store has sufficient inventory, and the store staff are warm and polite, with smooth communication in English. The store environment is clean and comfortable. I will visit Tokyo again in the future and will continue to shop here.

An electronics store in Solamachi

I went to Solamachi to buy a shaver. When I asked at the information centre, I was told that there was a Bic Camera there! (^^) I had no idea about that...! The actual store was not like the spacious electronics store you might imagine, but more like a small select shop, but they sold quite a variety of items, from home appliances to KitKats, earphones and suitcases. The staff member Kawashima kindly explained the differences between the products, and I was able to purchase my favourite one. I'm using it comfortably. Thank you!

Mr. Futaki's service is very good. I found the product immediately. I am very happy to buy here again next time! Tokyo Skytree is really easy to visit. Drug stores, electronics stores, Disney stores, etc. are all available. It is recommended that you spend more time here.
A great shopping experience. I hope I can come here again next time I come to Japan.
There are also aquariums in Europe. Recommended for family travel.

I got Zelda on Switch 😇😇

I bought my favorite item, the Zelda model for the Switch 🥹💖The staff are super kind and it's the best! There are lots of other game cards that I'm interested in, so I'll keep coming back 🙌🏻The location is very convenient, so my mom can enjoy it when she comes to sightsee 🐾🫶🏻

Come here to buy electric razors

I visited the Skytree with my family and went to this BIC CAMERA to buy a birthday gift for my father. The products here are quite complete and I got what I wanted. The service of the store staff is also very considerate and friendly. I highly recommend it if I want to buy it. Friends who want electrical appliances can come to this store located inside the Skytree.
