The reason for not giving it a 5 has been why the buttons of the different jets and showers work very poorly or DO NOT work.

You're forced to make a circuit and you can't go straight to the jets you want. Too many people. Horrifying! The warmth of the sunbeds with infrared (on the first floor, relaxation area) is not appreciated. I report that the costume ex mixed although this seems correct but nevertheless you have to enter the wardrobe to get your bag or shampoo/gel and go back to the Spa because the showers are inside the spa and open. So are people queuing up because it's a Saturday. First and last time. Too bad the bad organization because the facilities are fine.

We have been today October 25 my partner and I. The experience has been good, the employees are very friendly and attentive. The circuit quite well, all the time cleaning, the only thing some jets did not work, missing lights in the cabins of 4 stations and in the Indian Sea pool. One of the bubble beds didn’t work either,...we don’t know that for what they charge there’s a fault, but in general you come out very relaxed which is what’s important.

I just went to a relaxing massage and I am delighted, Roma the girl who gave it to me is very friendly and quite a Pro.

A lot of people, the tone of voice I don't know respect you hear everything. The aesthetics are not very careful, the spa is in an immense building where everything is heard and to top off the shower you have to give it in front of everyone, they are inside the circuit itself, they are mixed and open. Also note that most jets are similar and cold showers are all the same. I wouldn't repeat. Near Toledo are rather better than Carranque or Beatriz, if you want intimacy and relaxation.

Y sobre todo sentimos que el objetivo de la misma sea desacreditar nuestro establecimiento por el hecho de no haber querido ampliar el plazo de caducidad de tu compra.
Thermas de Griñón abrió sus puertas hace 20 años, 20 años en los que grandes profesionales han puesto todo su esfuerzo, profesionalidad y compromiso porque nuestro Balneario sea uno de los más conocidos de la Comunidad de Madrid y de España por su calidad de servicio e instalaciones.
Sentimos que desde la irá y el enfado por nuestra negativa a ampliarte más aún la caducidad de tu compra, y ya te hemos ampliados más de 5 meses sin coste alguno, escribas esta reseña.

Yesterday we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at the Grignon Thermas, no doubt after 20 years they are still at a great height, but without hesitation the treatment received by Esther and Romina was the best, a relaxing super massage in the hands of two great professionals, thank you very much and sure we will return
