我们预定了国王之旅，每人还加了100块坐前排的座位，预定的时候他们建议我们4:30的旅程是最好的，我不明白是怎么回事，因为旅程中有一半的时间阳光都直射我们的眼睛。旅程本是40-50分钟的，但是我们的短了10分钟。我们的驾驶员对大峡谷不是很熟悉，回答不出我们的一些问题。景色无敌棒，但是时间缩短加之不熟悉路程，让整个旅程有一点不太尽兴的感觉。

We apologize that the tour did not meet your expectations. Many guests (and our own pilots) enjoy the late afternoon flights as the sun brings out the deep orange and red hues of the canyon, which is why our staff recommended the 4:00 departure. Much like commercial airliners, our flight times span take-off to landing. We were able to locate your reservation and the official flight record, which shows that your helicopter lifted off at 3:47pm and landed at 4:39pm, which exceeds the 40-50 minute flight time we promise. We are happy to know that you enjoyed the views of the Grand Canyon from the air --

We are only going to be at the GC for 2 days and 1 night. I know the morning is a great time to do this helicopter tour, but I want to use the cooler more for some on-foot exploring. Other than early morning, what is the best time to do this tour?

We are currently in Page and the smoke is quite bad from the fires. We have a tour booked on June 19. Will the tour still go ahead despite the smoke? I have safety concerns. But also don’t want to waste my money if we won’t be able to see the Canyon from the helicopter
