这是我们第二次从 Kool Breeze 租用高尔夫球车。第一次体验很好，没有问题。这次… 。当我们驶出停车场时，驾驶员侧后视镜掉了下来，乘客侧后视镜悬空而无法使用。我们立即打电话告诉他们后视镜坏了，并回复说“你会没事的！ ” 我们在 48 小时租赁中使用了这辆手推车，主要是和我们的孩子、侄女和侄子一起在我们的小海滩街上上下车。我们退回购物车，然后微笑着离开。五天后我们接到电话，被告知我们因为我们没有做的事情而被收取 150 美元！！！在我们租用之前，镜子和窗户都被打破了！现在我们被收费了！太可惜了，我们不会再使用它们了……开什么玩笑！基本上被收取以前租客的损害赔偿金。

Inspect your cart closely!!!

This was our second time renting a golf cart from Kool Breeze. The first time was a great experience, no problems. This time….When we pulled out of the parking lot the driver’s side mirror fell off and the passenger side mirror was dangling and could not be used. We immediately called to tell them the side view mirrors were broken with a response of “you will be ok!” We used the cart on a 48 hour rental mainly just driving up and down our little beach street with our kids, nieces and nephews. We returned the cart and left smiling. We were called five days later to be told we were being charged $150 for things we DID NOT DO!!! The mirrors and the window were broken before we even rented! Now we are charged! It’s a bummer, we won’t use them again…What a joke! Basically being charged for damages from the previous renters.

Enjoyable way to see the sights

We had a great experience and really enjoyed using the golf cart. The rental experience was flawless. Easy pickup and drop off. The carts are clean and run well.

Cart Cruising Pensacola Beach

Looked at other rental options & after reading the negative reviews decided to go with this rental facility. Glad I followed the given advice because it was a lot of fun family time. We rented two 4 person carts for all of us & it was perfect. We cruised all over the beach up & down all the roads & neighborhoods possible looking at all the great scenery. You get the outdoor feeling like a convertible & up close view like riding a bike just without the pedaling. There's speakers on the carts & they give you a phone cord that you can plug into to play music thru your device of choice. The carts are gas powered & we rode for hours & never used over a 1/4 tank. They take a little to get started when pushing gas pedal so if your accustomed to electric it will be different. Overall the rates are posted on there website & all you need is some time, drivers licenses, insurance card & method of payment to have some fun.
