Honestly it is beyond improving. They try and sell a bunch of activities that are not worth the money, the manager was very pushy to try and get you to do more activities beyond what you signed up for. It was basically a lesson in sales tactics.
I cannot believe the concierge from my hotel recommended this place. I am definitely complaining to my hotel.
The boat ride out to the snorkelling was pretty sketchy, i would say to the reef but we didn’t actually go to anything that resembled a coral reef. It was more akin to a boat lane.
It was terrible, i would ask for my money back but was too afraid of confrontation

Extremely dangerous, DO NOT GO THERE, WE ALMOST DIED YESTERDAY!
We booked for parasailing for yesterday. We went in that small boat which was supposed to bring us to the larger boat to do the parasailing. For us to pass from the small boat to the larger one, they position both boats beside each other, at maximum speed, used a rope to link them together at the front. (This is obviously against any logic and common sense). The small boat started to get pulled by the big one and became undrivable. One of us managed to jump to climb in the larger boat, the driver jump in the sea, my other friend got dragged in the sea from at the front of the boat, the small boat started to sink from the front, then turn all over on me and then totally sank!! It was very violent and the crew did not say anything, even asked us to get ready for parasailing... obviously we wouldn't trust them anymore and ordered to go back to the shore.
Luckily we are safe with just minor bruises... it could have been much worse...

For this price, it should be a spectacular experience. But the staff had a lot of trouble getting the scuba gear to work, banging it on the deck of the boat, which made us very nervous it would fail underwater. Then there's the guy horking off the boat into the water. WHERE WE ARE SWIMMING!!

Be aware of the crooks at these water sports money making places. We took flying fish, highly over rated activity where the fish goes up only for a minute and was over charged then was the sea walk in a dirty area no coral reef or many fishes, turtle island very bad place they have large number of turtles lying in a filthy pond Except the water ski which was for 15 mins each everything else was over priced and hyped. I have paid 700 USD for the entire experience. They put their prices in USD and expect you to pay by the conversation rate. Not recommended at all. Don’t get fooled. They don’t even have soaps for hand washing. Only thing was best the lady in the kitchen who made 2 portions of rice and 2 portions of noodles Nice tasty and vegetarian. Felt cheated.
Would recommend Bali for its natural beauty temples and sight seeing save your money from these water sports activity Totally not worth it!!!

We had such an amazing day at zooka!! We went parasailing, on the flying fish and a banana boat. I’ve been to Bali a bunch of times and this was one of the best days I had there.

I decided to dive at ZOOKA, stupidly after a earthquake. I was expecting for them to decline my request of going to dive but nope they good the very bumpy, smelly, DANGEROUS speed boat to go diving. My dive instructor barely took care of me (at the time I wasn't certified) and said before the dive "drop plastic in ocean" and was hurting the eco-system by feeding the fish bread. My instructor was more focused in take pictures of himself on dead brain coral other then look after me, shortly after I ascended because the current was to strong but concerned at why they took me and had immediate regrets on going. If you like diving, I recommend to check out Adventure Divers Bali located in Amed, Bali which is a 5 star dive resort.
Overall: I had no fun diving. KEEP OUT

とにかく高い。
スタッフの対応はだが、バリ島でのマリンスポーツなら、
他にも安いところはいくらでもあるはず。
ホスピタリティは申し分ないが、金額を考えるとそのくらいしてもらわないと割に合わないくらい高い。
1人やり手の営業マンのおじさんがいて、とても気を遣ってくれる。
ただ、気を抜くとどんどんアクティビティを詰め込まれるので
金額を確認しながらやりたくない物はきちんと断らないと、
日本人は良いカモにされると思う。

This company takes your money for 5 to 15 mins of water sports. 5 mins up on the parasail and jet ski you can’t even go by yourself.
The glass bottom boat is tiny and you don’t see anything but some small fish which they give you bread to feed them.
Turtle island was sold as some turtle conservation centre but was just a sad enclosure for animals. The poor turtles and cramped altogether in shallow dirty water, they say they let the babies go free which is the only good thing.
There are other animals that look unhappy and are used just for money.
So many boats everywhere jammed packed and the water is dirty with rubbish.
Recommend not going to this water sport area.
