First we where greeted at the door and offered something to drink. Nick and Tash where great, we spent allot of time there and got some really great bargains and most of all the jewelry is fantastic! The prices where so great, we had to go back 2 days later and buy more. We feel we got really good bargains compared to the prices at home. We will definitely go back on our next trip to Aruba! Thank you guys for being so kind and with no pressure!

Outstanding!! The “F” in KFJ could also stand for “Family”! Wonderful selection and great customer service! Eric was great along with Tesh, owner! They answered any and all questions I had and were very quick to provide assistance!

I needed a new wedding band after losing mine on the course a couple years ago. Taxi driver recommended Kays. Glad we went. Ring needed to be slightly resized. During the wait we were offered a water and a Balashi! Came back an hour later and the ring was perfectly sized. No pressure to upgrade or buy more. Friendly, fun staff. Recommended.

We have been shopping with Kay's Fine Jewelry since the first time we visited Aruba and they were in the old location off the main pier. Eric has always treated us like family and given us such great service! We just return for our 5h time to Aruba and for our 25th Anniversary we decided to upgrade our wedding bands and Eric and Tesh again got us the perfect set!! There are many places to buy on the island but these guys are just so wonderful to work with and just allow yourself some time and don't rush and you will get what your are looking for at this place! And thanks again for displaying my school's helmet so all of you UCA Bears go in and say hello to Eric and Tesh!!

The staff at Kays and the jewelry selection were both amazing. Sunny was always available to us (we went a few times) both in person and through emails and texts. He was patient, super helpful with selections, and really had over the top customer service. I highly recommend going to Kays if you are interested in great service and beautiful pieces at affordable prices.

The saleslady we worked with the first day was an honest, friendly person. She was not interested in pushing sales, and was patiently and happily answering all questions we had. She directed us to what we wanted to spend, and she was extremely helpful. After deliberating, my sons both decided the next day to go back and purchase their watches. When we walked in, the lady we worked with the day before was on her way to lunch. We told her we wanted to deal with her, but she was on break. Instead, we were greeted by a different salesperson. He was friendly, but very pushy. Even though I explained to him, very bluntly, that I was not buying a watch, he kept pushing one on me. I have purchased from Kay’s before, and will continue to do so in the future, but I’ll avoid that one guy (can’t remember his name). Having said all of that, this place has a good reputation, and for good reason.

Found the perfect ring for my wife of almost 32 years. It is spectacular and she has received so many comments on it. Staff was excellent in helping her decide on which ring and diamond size to choose. Excellent inventory to choose from was a definite plus. Have been going to Aruba for over 30 years and multiple times per year.

We went to ask about a question with sizing our current rings and came out with these three beautiful one of a kind pieces. Eric was so helpful and friendly. Drinks while you wait is always a plus . You will not be disappointed and can’t wait to go back!!!

Took my lovely wife of 52 years back to Kay’s to get a few of her rings resized and a larger clasp put on a necklace. Was greeted by Sam and other staff members, friendliness is their biggest attribute, followed by a display high quality and unique jewelry, outstanding customer service and great pricing. Tesh and his staff treat you as family. My wife communicated with Tesh prior to this trip to make sure he was going to be there. We have been dealing with Tesh ever since he started working at the Aruba location about 16+ years ago. Been there 7 times in that period and every visit, my wife comes home with a piece of jewelry that is absolutely unique and beautiful. If you’re going to be in Aruba, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, Nassau or Grand Cayman take some time to visit Kay’s Fine Jewelry, you can’t go wrong. Best jewelry store you’ll ever visit and you’ll enjoy the experience.

they do carry a selection of bracelets at the downtown location.(that's where we went)..They also have a location in the Hi Rise area which we did not visit.. You can e mail them and i'm sure you will get a response..I think they can get anything you want or need

No conozco de marcas de relojes ni menos de sus precios, pero te aseguro que vaaaaarias joyerías en Aruba te harán buenos descuentos. Mi hermana compró un reloj Bulova que estaba como en 600 dólares y pagó cerca de 350. Yo compré un anillo que inicialmente estaba a 900 dólares y lo pagué a 330. Si sabes aproximadamente cuánto vale el reloj en Miami, seguramente encontrarás un buen descuento en Aruba. Saludos!
