We love the Cove, the restaurant, bar, at the casino. We especially enjoy sitting at the bar while waiting to take our order back to our room. Miguel, the bartender, is so attentive. He remembers our drink orders from months ago. He is super efficient when the bar is at its busiest. We have watched him keep up with not only orders from the bar, but also from drink servers who supply drinks to the gambling guests. One of the biggest reasons for us to frequent the bar when we are on the island is Miguel. We visit the island several times a year. When there, we are at Alhambra almost every day.

We have been coming to this casino for many years!
I have always had the best time and the best service and made friends years with wonderful people that have worked there for so long!
The girls in the Cove, we love you all!
A very special shout out to my server Alex! Dedicated and very sweet service from Alex!
34 years of experience that has been super wonderful! Always a great smile and we are counting down the days until we return!

Been playing craps here for over 20 years. Tonight’s dealer was a total dick. Colored up and left in 5 minutes. I do not need attitude when I’m trying to have fun. Table boss said nothing, and I’ve played with Oscard for 22 years.

This year, Alhambra is celebrating 40 years being in operation, and serving guests like yourself, coming from close to very far away, and our intention is for everyone to have a good time.
The latest reviews about excellent service at Alhambra that we received show, since June 2, 2024 , all show perfect 5-dot ratings, which makes your November 30, 2024 - 1-dot rating stick-out sadly for this one-night incident, at the craps table, which has spoiled your playing for that evening within 5 minutes.
We sincerely hope that you will give us another try, any time soon, and meanwhile we will review and take action on this complaint to improve and find a way to meet your expectations again.

Every time I visit the Alhambra Casino, there is only one waiter that makes the casino experience more fun whether you are winning or losing. His name is Alex. He has a wonderful personality that makes everyone feel special. The other wait staff you barely get Something to Drink? and that’s it. Just going through the motion for their job. Alex takes his job to a higher level to interact with the customers who meet him to have a great casino experience. (I order the coconut rum & pineapple juice).

I have to compliment the waiter Alex. He was attentive and I always had a drink waiting when I needed it. (not always liquor). He is friendly and always has a smile

Gidian , Brian and Jermaine all deserve a raise . They are great guys and very entertaining. They teach you when you need advice in any game. They help when needed and always have a great attitude. Even if I’m loosing money I love spending time with them.

Alhambra will always be my favorite casino on Aruba. The dealers are fun and engaging, the Pit Bosses all know your name and smile. Its really a fun atmosphere. Special shout out to my man Jermain - the funnest dealer on the island.....you tell me when ready to make some money in Vegas brother! Also, Pit Bosses Rony, Ruthelyn, Jessica, thanks for making us feel like VIPs. Patrick, Kenya and the rest of the wait staff, great job keeping our thirsts quenched. Where else can you play $10 black jack, get paid 3-2 on your black jack hands, and drink free? Not in Vegas, and I dont think the high rise casinos offer lower limit games anymore either.
