It’s a great spot for snorkeling! We brought our own gear and saw lots of pretty fish and wildlife. It also has lots of trees for shade.
Not to mention a pretty view for pictures. However, don’t come here expecting to lay out in the sun because it is not sandy. There are a lot of rocks which may make it hard for children and older adults to access the water.

Not much of a "beach" but this is a great snorkeling spot. It's very rocky and you will definitely encounter some lizards. Wear the proper shoe wear. I simply changed from my sandals into my flippers and was able to manage my way down to the water entrance. The best snorkeling is to the right of the cove. I swam out and to the right and then returned hugging the shoreline snorkeling in and out of the coves with lots of colorful fish to be seen. There is a limited amount of parking spots along the road.

Lots to see underwater. Nice snorkeling spot.
You might as well go here yourself. There will also be groups. We have also seen turtles eating on the bottom a little deeper just behind the line.

Our favourite snorkelling location from shore (no boat). Hug the shoreline and enjoy the many species of fish. Loved going in and out of the little bays exploring. Rocks are sharp so wear good footwear to get into the water.

A nice beach, is small and has quite a lot of rock, but beautiful views. I recommend to know it, it is close to the other beaches, so if you do not want to stay the afternoon, go to the other beaches that have less rocks or to see the turtles to Tres Trapi.

A very nice little beach to be on, it doesn't get that crowded so it's very quiet, the marine life is abundant and snorkeling is a lot of fun.

Malmok Beach, another beach in the north on sunny Aruba 🌞.
It's not my favorite though.

Malmok Beach is our favorite snorkeling destination in Aruba. This was our 4th trip to Aruba and we have gone to Malmok every time. It has never been crowded and there are a handful of palapas available. There are tons of fish and many varieties to see while snorkeling. I even saw an eel this time around. The water in this area isn’t very deep at first, but does drop off quickly in some areas. The area is rocky, so I recommend swim shoes in the water. The best part of this beach is that it is free!

No taxis are not expensive but do arrange the cost before getting in so its then a set price rather than meter

I am visiting Aruba next week 9/25 to 10/1/16 and was told there is a good bonefish flat not far from my hotel the marriotte surf club. I was wondering exactly where it is I should go. I will be doing unguided fly fishing for bonefish or any other fish that will take a fly. I heard the flat is near the Ritz hotel.

I am not into fishing but I stayed at the Ritz and did run along the coast all the way to the California Lighthouse. I saw people fishing along Hadicurari and Malmok Beach. It is about 1 to 1.5 miles north of the Ritz. If you drive, plenty of parking along the road and the beach. Seems to be a lot of locals between these beaches so you may get better first-hand information. Have fun!

Always have your own snorkels with you. You will have much more fun on the island cause there are at least 20 other snorkel spots where you just walk in the water from shore. And it is 5 minutes away from holiday inn by car. 15 min by foot.
