I purchased an Omega watch with Jasna at Little Switzerland and she went absolutely above and beyond in her service and communication. She was able to hunt down a hard to find watch and kept me posted of all the status along the way. She was extremely professional and any hiccups or concerns she took care of immediately. Overall I had an excellent shopping experience there, whether for purchase or just browsing I would highly recommend here.

My review:
Aruba is an amazing, enchanting island 🏝️. I wasn’t looking for a new watch but when I decided to “look around” Little Switzerland and met Aimeé it was hard to say no. She had an energy and personality that was magnetic. She really knew her watches and was able to explain everything about the Breitling Super-ocean 44 model I eventually bought. If you want a true timepiece buying experience in Aruba, stop by Little Switzerland and ask for Aimeé. You’ll leave with an incredible time piece and a smile.

I bought a pair of diamond and yellow gold earrings that after months started to peel off. At the sale they said the warranty was infinite, and today I managed to return to Aruba and they said that as years went by there was nothing to be done and suggested that perfume could have caused the damage. Wasn't the warranty for life? And perfume melts gold??? An absurdity of argument and they offered no solution!!! Don't buy from this store if you don't want to be disappointed.

Be aware, when you are buying, they claim they have life time guarantee. But when your US$2.000 piece starts losing its gold color, you realize they sold you an after bath piece, and they can't do anything to fix it.

My wife and I visited Aruba last March (2020) for our honeymoon and checked out Little Switzerland for a watch to commemorate.
Dennis was a great help. It was my first luxury watch purchase. He wasn't pushy at all, and let me try on whatever watch I wanted.
I ended up getting an Omega Aqua Terra, and a year later, it's still a very happy purchase.

i visited Little Switzerland to browse on some watches . After entering the store a very friendly fellow, Mark greeted me and introduced himself. He ask if i needed his assistance in finding something specific. We started chatting about different watches and i mentioned that i was looking to see the new limited edition Navitimer 806 1959 re edition. He immediately smiled and directed me to the watch that was on display . I ask to see it up close and he promptly took it out and presented the watch to me . i had questions about the watch and he promptly answered all of them . he was extremely knowledgeable on all the specs and the total history of the model. I had the most pleasant experience. I was never pushed or given a hard sales talk. Just a great horology talk . As a matter of fact a younger fellow by the name Dennis jumped in on a conversation we had about Patek Phillip and Roex models that the company carries in other Caribbean locations and they both were very informed on all aspects of all the models i mentioned . They volunteered to help me acquire other watches through the large company's network of dealerships . They proudly explained the 65 year history of the Little Switzerland company and the fact that they have 37 locations in the Caribbean alone. When i desired that i liked the watch he explained the company's 24 month 0% financing plan they had.
All and all i had a wonderful experience and both Mark and Dennis were very professional and their relaxed and pleasant demeanor made me fill at home. After we shook hands he even got the manager of the store to come and meet me and he actually got an approval by him to offer me a wonderful watch winder for my other mechanical watch that he saw i was wearing. I am a customer for life of the Little Switzerland company . I have Mark and Dennis working on my next watch that is extremely difficult to obtain. They are already working on it .
P.S. Mark text me 2 days later to ask how i liked the watch and inform me that they have officially requested the watch I wanted from the watch company and he will keep me posted on the progress!
All and all i had a wonderful experience and both Mark and Dennis were very professional and their relaxed and pleasant demeanor made me fill at home. The staff was very helpful especially Irene, she did a great job explaining the differences and uniqueness of each piece we looked at. We were so pleased we went back to see her for an additional piece. Beautiful pieces.

There are Little Switzerland's all over the Caribbean and their prices are nothing to write home about. Save yourself some time and money while on your vacation and enjoy the sights instead. When you get back home, buy what you want there. Little Switzerland sells nothing that you can't get anywhere else; it's basically generic jewelry. Nothing there was worth my time or my money.
