Christian is just an awesome guy and amazing instructor. He cares about teaching you properly, will go the extra mile to make sure you have a fulfilling lesson and has your best intentions at heart. I can’t recommend Boosy enough - book a lesson with him, it’ll be one of the best things you do on your trip!

I thoroughly enjoyed the surf lesson with Christian
What I found most impressive is that we were a group of 3 all with different levels of surfing by the end of the session all three of us had made drastic progress . Christian was able to personalise the lessons almost as if we were having one to one coaching , the most experienced surfer wasn’t held back whilst with me the most beginner Christian was able to change his approach and allowed me to progress at my own pace . We had a lot of fun and at the same time learnt so so much.

Christian... what a guy and what a great surf instructor! Makes things super fun and enjoyable. Had 1 lesson with him a year ago and then with all my friends last week and everyone said what a great time they had given we are all beginners and had never surfed before. Everyone managed to get up :) Thanks again, see you next New Year!

Christian is a Very good surfing teacher with clear and valuable instructions. We went in a group of 8 and all managed to catch waves throughout the day. Would 100% recommend!

Christian is an unbelievable instructor - it’s my second time using him in Barbados and would never use anyone else now. He’ll get anyone standing up and has so much experience he always knows what needs to be improved or what’s gone wrong and gives you the confidence to get up. Feel very safe and at easy in the water with him. Would highly recommend :)

I had tried surfing in Barbados with two different instructors on my trip before I met Christian, so I can say from my experience that this guy works hard to get you to 'catch your own waves', rather than just pushing the board like all the instructors were interested in. He would help bridge this big learning gap from being pushed to catching on our own.
He was always providing helpful advice when in the water and feedback after every wave, every stand up which helped immensely and also helped me train on different size boards to match my surf fitness as I progressed. He does provide a personal experience tailored to every learner and whenever I am back in Barbados, I train with him.
If I could learn to surf, I am sure anyone can :-)

My girls had a ton of fun with their surf lesson. Christian picked the perfect spot for beginners, they were able to catch a ton of waves! He was a great teacher! Highly recommend, we’ll be back!!!

My wife and I went surfing with Christian (Boosy) and had a blast. My wife needed to learn from scratch and she was able to stand up, catch many waves in a super secure environment and most importantly, she had so much fun!
I had some background experience in surfing and needed advice, tips, and positive reinforcement. I felt safe and had a super moment thanks to our instructor.
We had a blast and a wonderful experience. We’ll come back. And god knows I’m picky.

I had a great morning with Christian improving my turning skills. I am intermediate surfer. He was very helpful. Strongly recommend Boosy's surfing school for any level of surfers.

Hello - We don't offer accommodation, only surfing lessons. Lessons are US $50 / person for 2 hours and includes pickup if you stay on the south coast, GoPro video footage, bottled water, postcard and sticker.

Hi there, just read a negative review from a middle aged overweight chap, who you couldn't accommodate as the board you needed for him had been damaged. Being a middle aged overweight, wait for it, female, I wonder whether you would discourage me from trying surfing?

Hi Jacqueline thanks for your question...Yes, it is definitely worth tying. We have new surfboards that are 11' long so we could work with you and try to get you up and riding waves.
