The Tropicana was so much fun! We were seated at an excellent table. Each given a cigar and a 26 of Havana Club to share between just the 2 of us! A group at our table ordered dinner and they really enjoyed it. The performers are extremely talented! They kept us entertained the whole time. There wasn’t a lull in the entire show. It was also fun watching all the old cars pull up before the show and watch everyone being treated like royalty as they stepped out. Like they were all on the red carpet. I highly recommend The Tropicana.

A show to watch once and for all. It reflects a 50’s Cuba that is no longer. There are more modern places in Havana.

Do not waste your time or money! The outdoor area and entrance are beautiful and the employees are very nice. First, there is no live music, just a small band in the dark with a conductor waving his hands around, 90 percent of the music is pre-recorded. The Tropicana is supposed to be the best, world-renowned, but I found the show very lackluster, and when they dragged all of the tourists up on stage at the end, it was not expected at the Tropicana. We were staying at the Ibero Tainos in Varadero and I will say their performers have more passion, quality dancing, and better singing than we saw at the Tropicana. Sadly whoever is directing the Tropicana seems to have given up! Trust me when I say go elsewhere in Habana, there are other options!

We booked because this is the most emblematic show of our country (we are national customers) when we arrived we were informed that the show would be in the indoor hall Arcos de Cristal, we paid to live the experience under the stars, just as its slogan says; to our disappointment it was not, we had a totally different show since indoors according to own workers it is not the same show; likewise in the booking bureau we were not informed of the change, which from Monday 1/7/24 coinciding with the price change decided to pass it to this hall by a lightning that fell silent and damaged the lights on the outside. In my opinion to see the indoor show I prefer the Parisien, much better the truth; if I have to highlight the attention of all workers, excellent, but I do not recommend the indoor show

Paid $125 for Premium dinner and show. Food was sooo bad it could win an award for worst meal ever in the world (I had pork n hubby had beef). Meat was spoiled causing us both to suffer pohectile vomiting and diarrhea for next 24 hours (only meal we ate that day). Show was a 5 out of 10 at best. No narrating to explain history behind each of dances. Entire event in Spanish so if you don't speak the language don't expect to understand. Don't believe the Tropicana hype. Highly overpriced and disappointing all around. Next time we will try the Buena Vista Social Club instead.

This legendary club put on a show that was so spectacular, I'd have to say there's nothing on Earth that even comes close. We were dazzled non-stop for ninety minutes by at least fifty dancers, eight soloists, a "coro" of four and a twenty-piece orchestra. It was a tremendous production, flawlessly executed -- the greatest show I've ever seen.

Very bad dinner, drinks are separate and payable only in euros and dollars.

I went to the restaurant with the family yesterday. First we rotate through 3 different tables. Because no one was able to assist us when we arrived. After having sat down at an already set table. A very kind girl approached and took us away from it because it was supposedly reserved (the reservation never arrived, because when the table was closed it was not occupied). She told us to choose another one and after 5 minutes of being seated she proposed another one that had the cutlery set.
We ordered 4 orange sodas, 2 beers (one was served to us dispensed and another was imported because the one dispensed ran out) 8 p.m., a bottle of natural water and a dispensed pineapple juice. As a starter, a fish esperlan and 2 chicken fajitas (both excellent by the way). For the main course: 1 fried pork dough, 1 slice and 3 meats in sauce that I don't remember what they call it. The rice garnish for all the dishes was a disaster, none of us could eat it....
At 9:18 the order was placed and with 2 tables to serve from 8. Ours and another one belonging to a couple. The account was 12144 cup and it also took so long to bring it that I had to get up from the table to go look for it. I didn't even check the #'s, I left them for homework, I was so desperate to leave because of the bad weather. An experience which I do not want to repeat. The reduced menu options and the drinks menu were never brought to me even though I had asked for it.
Speechless. If I were to make a quick summary I would say: the service is average to poor, the food a 3.5 out of 5 and I give the place a 4.5.
Last time I visited the site in question and I do not recommend it to anyone so that they do not have the unpleasant experience that happens. Because the pressure is not in line with the service in general. Hopefully one day I will hear from someone who has changed. Not to go; but to hear that one of the emblematic places of our Country maintains at least average standards of the rest of the world....

The show was fantastic. colourful, vibrant, fast paced and full of amazing dancing and singing. Galf a bottle of Havana club for 2 people and 4 colas. other drinks are available. you'll need to take a taxi as its about 20mins from Havana, but so worth the trip. it was fantastic! we had dinner here too, which was ok ish but nothing special...

High energy dancers, elaborate colourful costumes, strong singers, beautiful setting. A nice evening's entertainment to witness this classic night club show. Tickets are pricey but there are a LOT of dancers & many wait-staff to be supported. Glad I experienced it (1 & done, though)
