2018年我第一次到哈瓦那的时候，我没有去海明威博物馆。我在今年一月旅行时去了那里。我强烈推荐海明威博物馆，因为它的修复工作是十分不起的。你一定要注意浴室里的玻璃瓶和墙上的标记，在这些地方他记录了体重和生命体征。你只能通过门和打开的窗户来查看内部，你能看到房间里的一切。我明白他们为什么不让游客进入里面。因为人群有时会很拥挤，特别是当旅游巴士到达时景点时。这座别墅看起来像是有一天海明威离开了，就再也没有回来过（但这就是事实）。我强烈推荐你来这里。从这里看哈瓦那的景色很美。Moosie玩得很开心!

如果你是海明威的粉丝，那么这个景点真的不容错过！开车从哈瓦那市中心过来的话不是很远。我能看到海明威漂亮的家，还能拍很多漂亮照片作为纪念！我甚至还看到了启发海明威写《老人与海》这本书的那条船。我可以看到海明威以前用过的打字机，看到他以前看过的风景，了解他到底是如何生活的。我非常喜欢在这个博物馆里走来走去，来了解我最喜欢的作家的生活方式。如果你和我一样是海明威的粉丝，那么这个地方对你来说绝对是不可多得的宝地！

我们一行人在回哈瓦那的路上，参观了海明威博物馆。这是瞬间凝固在时间的长河里的地方，就像拥有历史的房屋被封存原样。在这里，所有入口都不允许进入，你只能透过开着的窗户向里面看。看到你拿着相机，工作人员会高兴在各个房间为你拍照，当他们回来的时候，希望能从你手里得到一部分的服务报酬。我们特别好奇，酷热是如何影响房子里的宝物的。在徒步旅行中，我们发现土地郁郁葱葱，附近还有一个游泳池和狗墓地。

古巴海明威故居之旅太棒了！我们不允许进去，就不得不透过窗户看海明威的故居，这也还好，我们也参观了庭院。我喜欢窥探和见证50年代和60年代初的所有家居装饰(海明威于1961年去世)。我们被告知，在海明威的遗嘱里，他离开古巴的住所回到祖国，让古巴故居用作于博物馆，他的故居旅游极大地促进了这个国家的经济。

作为哈瓦那高级旅游的一部分，我们参观了这个海明威博物馆，去之前我们并不期待什么。但它真的很迷人，值得一游。我最喜欢的书之一就是《老人与海》，所以这里真的那必须来转一转。因为你不能走到那个屋子里面，所以工作人员会帮你用你的相机为你拍照，如果你能准备一美元作为消费给到他们，就最好了！在这里就像回到了另一个时代。

海明威是我最喜欢的作家，所以我的评论可能有点偏见。但是，我喜欢这趟海明威博物馆之旅。看到海明威在古巴的故居保持原样，参观他在古巴的生活以及他对古巴人民的爱，这些都太棒了。去哈瓦那之外的景点看一看，逛一会儿是绝对值得的。另外，这种房子里的塔楼是我们整个哈瓦那之旅中看到的最美的风景之一。

这家博物馆位于哈瓦那比较偏远的地方。这是我们选择的海明威的哈瓦那邮轮之行中的一站。博物馆的讲解员非常有魅力，但是我们的团都非常烦人，我们很希望请一个私人导游。他在基维斯特的住所保护得更好，但是看到他在古巴的住所仍然感觉很震撼。如果你喜欢海明威，即使只透过窗户看里面也是很值得的。这里没有像基维斯特那样丰富的礼品和书店。然而这里有一个小酒吧/餐厅，那里现场音乐很棒，还有不错的黑咖啡。

I know that for a long time it was closed on Sundays. I thought it still was closed on Sundays, but the website hemingwaycuba (TripAdvisor won't let me post the actual website address) says it is open 10-4 Mon.-Sat. and 9 to 1 Sun. You might try calling the museum at +53 7 8910809 (probably need to speak some Spanish). Also, try emailing one of the good local tour operators in Havana such as Cubaoutings, either from their website. They can respond in English.

What tour excursion package did you use from the port? we are wondering about the cars tour versus the best of Havana express at Hemingways house from RCarib. Not sure if the best of Havana tour stops at Finca to tour the house.

Hi, we just took taxi from el Malecón to museum, they waited and took us back. We paid 5 per person total 25 cuc just for cab.

Hemmingway's house is a must if you are in Cuba. I was not on a cruise nor on a tour- I was visiting family (after 54 years) and had a family friend drive me there.

I understand that Hemingway's famous fishing boat is housed here... is this visible. I know this house was once open to the public, as I had a friend who went through it once. Was any explanation given as to why it is no longer open to the public?

Yes his boat is housed there. It was great to see. Also it is located by the pool area where you'll see a lot of photos of him.
The house you can view from the outside, but you can't walk through because the want to preserve it the way it was left originally. But you are allowed to take photos from the outside, and if desire you can ask the attendant that stands inside the home to take photos with your camera for you. Of course it would be nice to give them a tip.

You cannot go inside the house but you are able to look through the windows into the rooms. I took pictures which came out great. You cannot tell the pics were taken through a window.
