We walked all over the Zona Colonial looking for a bar to hang out in. At the very last minute, right before we were going to give up we found Caciba Bar! It was the best! Loud music, dark lighting, plenty of barstools. We were very welcomed by the staff so much so that we returned the next night. Hildemaro was awesome and even gave us recommendations of where to go after we moved on to Las Terrenas. 10/10 would go back!

Nice place, cool people,great music! If you like rock music this is the right place for you.
It's in a good location,tourist area and the bar it self has a great interior with the outdoor, too.

Was there with my girlfriend for a couple of nights. Drinks are good and the place is really vibrant. Only things I didn't like was the music! I mean, is a personal taste, but with a proper selection of tunes (not the cheeeese rock stuff they played in looop) I would give this place 5 stars!

I Visited Caciba bar on the 24th June ,This is the kind bar I have been looking for in Santo Domingo for years,I must apologize to the owner as I cannot remember his name as I was rather drunk but he helped me get drunk so I am blaming him.I soon found we had the same tastes of indie and rock music particularly from the Manchester 90's scene The playlist could come straight from my phone.It is the best bar I have visited on my many travels the people that hangout there are truly great guys and made me feel more than welcome. If you visit Santo Domingo and you don't go to this bar ,you will be missing a great experience.See you soon my Friend (Please tell me your name again :-))

Cheap drinks and cocktails with excellent quality and taste. An everyday bar to hang out with friends and listen to a perfect selection of music, actual and classic rock, alternative and eclectic music for selective listeners. It's not a place to go and dance... It's a BAR!!!
