Lousy!!!
My partner and I went to the VIP area for €175 per person, premium drink was supposed to come in and you had a waiter who constantly served you...
LIE! Drinking was impossible, every five minutes you watched girls go dancing and watch them ass...
I wouldn't come back or recommend it!

This was a loud crazy experience. it is mainly a disco with incremental performances from the dancers. They would imitate popstars, dance and do aerial shows. it was impressive but they pack far too many people in. We stood for 4 hours in a very crowded room, nowhere to move, constantly being bumped and pushed, if we paid $170 each we could get a seat but we felt it was just too much to spend. If you have the budget go for a seat, you get drinks service too. We had to queue at the bar.
they had a twerk cam and kept getting audience members up on a podium to twerk, not my scene tbo. certainly an experience never to be repeated. Was quite deaf when I came out.

We paid £130 for a ‘gold skip the line’ ticket. Firstly, we were picked up by coach with a mixed ticket group, given minimal info and left to work it out for ourselves. Found our ‘gold’ queue, and after being over took by the regular queue we were told at the door we needed photo ID for entrance. This was the first time I had been told of this. I never carry important docs on holiday so by pure chance I found a copy of my drivers license on my phone. After having to wait til the end of the line, the not helpful member of staff let us in. We merged with everyone else into a very packed out club. It was again by chance a member of staff noticed our wrist bands. We were then ushered through a tight crowd to a very high seat, at the top of the club. Once in our seats we were ignored as others sat with drinks. We had to then leave our, one way in, one way out seats to go to the loo and when we came back they had been taken. I was very angry and upset after paying almost £400 for 3 people, and couldnt sit down, couldnt see a thing and couldnt get a drink in what had been sold as a free bar!! After a stand off with a member of staff we were given a table on the next floor down at the back so still couldnt see a thing. A complete and utter waste of money. The place is bonkers, over crowded and not worth half of what we paid. Im sure others had a completely different experience, but unfortunately this was ours.

Lousy place, not recommended at all, basic in every way!!!!! BASIC !!!!
Bad taste in everything, questionable ViP zone. I don't even know how to describe my experience in that place!!!!! Perhaps I come from a different society where women are respected, where sexual diversity is respected, where no one feels entitled to rape anyone in any way.
Already the quality of the drinks and everything else that by the way tb is lousy, takes a back seat to the extreme decline that can be seen in that place.

Completely different experience than any other time we have been to the Cancun and riviera maya locations.
They stuff the room to over capacity, you can barely move.
Not able to get a drink, constantly pushed around by event goers and staff due to how much they over fill the facility.
What if there was a fire or other disastrous event, not sure how they would remove their guests safely…
This event was more of a nightclub rather than shows.
We were basically staring at screen instead of watching performers.
While they did have some great performers when they were out, it still was nothing like the experiences in the Mexico locations..

The carafe drink and attention leaves much to be desired. We were in the Gold Member zone (side), we had 50cm per person. The disco preferred to resell tickets that were freed from our group, before giving us that place to some of us who were going. And the snack, no comment anymore.

What a night throughly enjoyed it from the minute we got off the coach. The shows were absolutely amazing and the performers great. We were on the gold member and was up in the balcony this was a perfect spot if you don’t want to be in the thick of everyone crowded on the floor. Our server was very attentive and what an absolute nice guy CARLOS. The lady who was on the toilets was such a lovely happy welcoming person she was great JOSIANNY. I needed a cash machine and I asked a member of security to help me and he literally took me to the cash machine waited for me and got me back in(so kind). The top and bottom of it the staff made us feel safe and special. This night was truly the best night out in a long time. THANKS COCO BONGOS

Amazing night here at coco bongo in punta cana, best night out in a long time. Upgraded to vip which is well worth the money and seating area is good.
Unlimited drinks and service, best views from above.

Hi, is the children show suitable for teens (I.e. not too young), 13 and 15 year old kids who would love the main show, but am concerned the kids version may be to junior. Many thanks

Hi, me, my fiance and her parents are looking to go to CocoBongos Punta Cana in June of this year. We are unsure of which night is best to go? Who we should book with as we have looked at Tui but couldn't find anything from our hotel website the Hard Rock but was wondering if booking direct or another company was best? Are we best to book in advance? Should we sort our own transport out, as in is it far from the Hard Rock!? Where do you get seated for each package and which is the best one to pick?

I booked directly with our hotel. Taxi prices aren’t cheap as I wanted to go downtown but quoted over $80 each way. If you book a coco bongo package the travel is included. Not sure best night wise but like the comment above, it’s money well spend. Outstanding show and venue
