Our driver, Turner, was professional and knowledgeable. He always greeted us with a smile. He went above and beyond to ensure that our experiences were hassle free and enjoyable. Always on time to take us wherever we wanted to go. He took us to the best local restaurants. The food was amazing and tasty. He gave us advice on the best excursions to visit and we were happy that we listened 😍. Very knowledgeable about the history of the Island. He even taught us some patois. He made sure that we were comfortable and we felt safe having him as our driver. I would definitely recommend this taxi service and huge compliment to Turner - the best, very friendly, reliable, professional, and helpful.

Great professional and better person! Carlton is a great driver, he also arrives before the time requested by the client, he is cheerful, fun. The journey is short.

I used Carton Turner for airport transportation and Montego Bay tour. He was waiting when arrived, and on time for airport departure!! Professional and courteous and would definitely recommend!!

Montego Bay Airport did an impeccable job. On arrival, I was provided with a safe relaxing ride from the Montego Bay airport to my hotel and from my hotel back to the airport on my day of departure. My driver was very welcoming, he told me a little about the island and its star dishes. I highly recommend using Montego Bay Airport Taxi as your choice of transportation when visiting Jamaica their always on time with great service.

It's great to see a pleased customer take the time out to write a review, normally persons remember to write a review when something goes wrong. we have been transporting hundreds of passengers that enjoy the service without no glitch but never write a review lol.

Picked us up from the airport fine. Waited at the hotel for the company to pick us up to take us from the airport and 3.0 minutes after the time we agreed, they still haven’t arrived.
Someone from our hotel managed to get in direct contact with the driver and they went to a different hotel. They had picked up passengers and just left us.
We paid in advance (stupidly) so lost our money and had to get a taxi.

Hi, your Driver did go next door to the wrong lobby, your hotel has two lobby that normally caused some confusion sometimes when we don't send the correct lobby to the driver.
the driver went to the other lobby asking for your first name and unfortunately someone one in the lobby said that's me! that is why he went with the wrong person.
We find that out after you had called the office, and we immediately call him and send him for you in 10 mins and you were gone.
We have now made changes where the driver will now ask for both first and last names for all pickups and we dont have that problem anymore.
paying upfront is not a issue for Taxi service with us, no need to avoid us we have been transporting hundreds of passengers since your bad review with no issues.
next time you will have a complementary Free Taxi.

Wayne was AMAZING. When we arrived at the Airport, we hadn't receive confirmation on our pickup. Via whatsapp, I made several calls to the resort and the transport number I had listed. I couldn't reach anyone. I looked at all the transport signs and didn't find our name anywhere. Wayne approached us wearing a Vest many were wearing on that side of the barricade and asked if we needed help. He didn't ask if we needed a ride, he asked if we needed HELP. When I explained our dilemma, he says let me try my cell phone. We stood there a few minutes using his phone calling the same numbers I tried. His phone didn't go through either. So he then says, if you need a ride, I can help you. The best part about this interaction was his willingness to HELP even if he wasn't sure he would be paid. This was true Customer Service in my opinion. I finally said, can you get us a ride. He said sure, as we approached a vehicle with all the proper markings/permits he begins loading our luggage into the van and heads towards the drivers seat. We said, Oh, you're a driver. He said yes....All this time he never tried to "take someone's customer", he tried to help and ultimately got our business and a gracious tip. He got us to our destination and said to us, after you talk to the hotel and get everything clear with your transfer, let him know if he could take us anywhere else

We had a very friendly driver to collect us from the airport and take us back again yesterday, very prompt on both sides and well priced and knowledgeable about the local area. We booked and paid online all very easy, would recommend.

Prompt pick up. Our driver to the resort was sooo funny! We loved her. The drive back was very pleasant too! All pickups were on time. Highly recommend!

Hi, We're going to Montego Bay and wondering if it's necessary to book a car in advance if our hotel is 20min walk from the airport (5 min drive). The hotel is on Gloucester Ave, Montego Bay? We almost booked and we were being charged $30 for two and I thought that was ridiculously high for a 5 min drive. Please help
