The ambiance and the view is wonderful. The food was amazing. The service provided by Keon was excellent. I will definitely return! Amazing food and staff!

Save your money!! We were recommended to
go here by folks that had been a few years prior. Worst steak my wife and I have ever attempted to eat. Could not even chew the steak. Not once did the wait staff ask how our meal was. Overall terrible experience.

Went to three palms 16/08/24 and all I can say is wow, Miss Tenika went above and beyond as did all staff, they really made our final meal amazing, And the margaritas are out of this world.
We will definitely be back

We’ve been to many all-inclusive resorts around the Caribbean, and this was probably the best dinner experience we’ve had. The total evening exceeded my expectations and was great - starting with the charismatic shuttle driver from the hotel. The restaurant facility appeared to take some damage from the recent hurricane (minimal) but everything else was great. We dined outside and the atmosphere was nice. The service was exceptional and we didn’t have to wait for a thing. Omarie, Taneika, and Smiley all waited on us and they were seriously exceptional; this is the A-team of the entire resort. They worked as a team and made our dinner especially memorable. The bartender (whose name escapes me currently) was also terrific. All of this while serving a large group of 10 with small children!
Having lived a number of years in Texas, I’m always skeptical of places that advertise steak, but the beef tenderloin did not disappoint - paired it with a nice, spicy local sauce. My wife had the curried lobster special and it was great too. Wine list lacks in variety and choices, but you are at the mercy of the resort’s wine list which is the same at all their nicer restaurants. You can find a handful of good Old World bottles at ok price if you know what you are looking for.
This felt like an authentic, Jamaican fine dining experience, and you usually don’t get that at an all-inclusive resort. In all, we were treated like kings and are going back tomorrow night!

What an experience! Truly enjoyed every second dining at the Three Palms. This was our last night on the island and we got blessed by Taneika and Omar. My girl Taneika really helped us pick the perfect wine to pair with our dinner and Omar helped us pick some yummy traditional dishes. We left stuffed and wanting to come back! Thank you guys for being amazing and really out doing yourselves. We can't wait to see you again in the future :)

Already dreaming of this restaurant...,because of the food and the wonderful employees. We've been on vacation here at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa for the last five days. We started our stay here, dining at this restaurant on our first night and on now our last night. I will be home in about a week, craving the snapper, the banana and potato mash, and the callaloo, as well as the oxtail, and the shrimp, all so expertly prepared by Chef Ann Marie. I have bunch of allergies and Chef handled this graciously. Taneika was the best, most attentive server, and also represents Hilton so well. Welcoming and kind, attentive and always smiling. We had the best conversations with the Maitre'D Michael and he was gracious and fun to talk with. Rohan the driver is cheerful and takes you back-and-forth with great spirit between the resort and the restaurant. We had a fun family date night out while staying at the resort and they also attended to my kids and simplified the offering to their tastes. Perhaps the most impressive and kind thing about this experience was that not only was the food great, but the service was amazing and they recognized us as soon as we walked in tonight, having been there earlier this week. They welcomed us back and talked with us the whole time, welcoming us, and providing an amazing dining experience. Hilton, you have some amazing stars here. I hope you recognize all of them!

You are transported from the hotel to the restaurant and back by a very pleasant friendly person. It's a nice walk when it's daylight, but not wise to do after dark. The road is narrow and easier to take the van. We've eaten here many times over the years, the menu has changed, but not the service, quality of food, and view.
The cost is $15.00 per person and the fee is waived if you are a Diamond member. The additional cost, in our opinion, is understandable. It's a slower pace and more relaxing than the restaurants at the hotel.
Our server was outstanding, very attentive, and efficient. Although we didn't have "Action Jackson"/ "Smiley" this time as our server, it was nice hearing his infectious laugh.
The food was excellent and is the perfect location to celebrate a special event. It is closed different days than were listed on our pre-arrival email, but we enjoyed our meal a few days after our anniversary.

Lovely meal at the restaurant. All staff were very welcoming and our waitress, Tanika, was very attentive and had excellent wine recommendations.

One of my worst restaurant experiences. They were out of most stuff including the drinks and desserts I wanted. The service was pathetic, with most staff extremely rude. We asked for a refund.
