Best money spent ever!! The best bar tenders in Jamaica. Excellent service hands down. 10 out of 10. They will treat you well. Best hospitality in the Caribbean!

Excellent experience! Well worth every penny to have an expert navigate through immigration and customs! We were met as soon as we got off and taken all through where we needed to go with a smile and a friendly experience. The lounge was perfect. Everyone was friendly and very attentive. Absolutely! Would recommend anyone flying into Jamaica use this service!

They had the wrong reservation down for me which in turn delayed me getting to the Club Mobay to enjoy it. My family and I were frustrated with the process, especially after showing our receipt that we had paid for 6 and still being held up. After the error was figured out, they were very apologetic.

My wife and I opted for the Club Mobay arrival and departure bundle. The arrival service would have been more useful on a busy Saturday, but we got through Immigration and Customs super fast. Going to Club Mobay on departure is a must-do for us. I appreciate the comfortable seating, good WiFi, and of course, the food and beverages included. Tashida was a waitress, and she took good care us while we waited for the time to head to our gate. Thanks, Club Mobay!

The service was amazing once we got in. leading to it was a bit of a cluster......the employees situated in the kiosk was not pleasant and sent us to the incorrect lounge that was full. If she just took the time to look and assist instead of barking orders at us, this could have been avoided. We had to walk all the way to one lounge just to be told they were full and we then had to walk back to the other lounge. We understood it was a capacity issue but the confusion could have been avoided if the woman at the kiosk was more helpful. It was very frustrating!

The Club Mobay VIP Lounge is a MUST when visiting Jamaica! I have not used the arrival services yet, but I have used the departure service many times. Being able to relax, eat, and unwind before your flight is EVERYTHING!
The price of admission is well worth the inclusion of food and drinks...and best of all, the friendly and great service. From the moment you approach the entrance, you are greeted with a smile.

We were very fortunate to have used Club Monday on our trip to Jamaica. It was worth it for escorting us through customs, bypassing lines, and zipping us right on through the airport as you enter a new country. But their lounges provide impeccable service, and great food and drinks that let you kick back and relax in an airport (hard for me to do).
The service we received as we awaited our departing flight was the best of the whole week, and that included the resort we stayed at! The food buffet offerings were clean, healthy, and a great selection. The bartenders were awesome, were a good conversation, and even offered the bottle for your own pour…. It just doesn’t get better than that lol.

I am a Priority Pass member. I am told I can make an advance reservation for two of us for $5,00 USD per person for Club Mobay Departure Service only. How do I make that reservation?

Yes they have a booth to book as long as they have openings available for departure. You can also ask at the departure counter once you are there.

I think 3 hours is perfect. Gives you plenty of time Incase you run into traffic of the way to airport or other hiccups. The Lounge is a perfect place to be, seats are comfortable and the access to phone/computer charging food and drinks is a plus.

Yes, all food and drink is included, staff will do table service as self service closed with Covid. I have always found the staff to very pleasant, but you may have to ask for what you want and build a rapport with wait staff
