Outstanding experience and over the top service. Girish and his team were great in helping me select the perfect timepiece with no pressure and lots of great advice. I got the watch I wanted at a great price and they even helped me register the warranty. Will definitely buy more from them in the future.

I was once advised on purchasing a watch- Try to develop a relationship with your dealer. Then the best experience can happen. This was my experience with this store. I reached out and so met Girish, who was helpful and accommodating and a real gentleman in the flesh. Best watch store in Rose Hall. Absolutely love my iWC. Will hopefully have a long lasting relationship with them.

The experience was fantastic. Girish was a pleasure to work with and the watch was perfect. As an authorized dealer for JLC the value and service were impeccable.

Top notch professional staff with jewels. I just poked my head into the store to see what IWC watches that they had to offer and it turned into a wonderful experience. The salesman, Girish, was low pressure, but very informative. He had in-depth knowledge of the product. He gave me time to sleep on it, which was good, since I do not like to make large impulsive purchases. It turned out to be a win-win situation. I purchased a special edition IWC watch that is extremely hard to find.

I was searching around the US for a specific watch and came across Jewels in Paradise. I’d previously contacted a US based jeweler and received no response. I sent a WhatsApp to Girish at Jewels and received a response back in five minutes. He sent a video of the watch and reassured me about the history of Jewels in Paradise, the payment options, and that the watch would come with box and papers. I’d typically never make a purchase this large without seeing it in person but Girish provided such exceptional service that I felt completely secure. Not only was the service fantastic but the duty free price was the best I could find anywhere and saved me several hundred dollars. After confirming the purchase I received an invoice and sent a secure payment by PayPal with no additional fees or taxes. Girish sent another video of him boxing up the watch with the tracking label from FedEx and I received the watch 2 days later. Absolutely can’t beat the price and service at Jewels in Paradise. Highly recommend for fast, secure shipping to the US, great prices, and superior service!

I had lost my favourite Montblanc Business Cardholder Ref No: 106728. I had searched for it on the internet & it was available on Amazon, Italy & Jamaica. However, Amazon does not ship to Malaysia & the product from Italy had a little defect which made Jewels In Paradise the only option for me.
I had sent a Whatsapp text to Girish & he replied 10 minutes later which I considered super-fast as there was a 13-hour time difference between both countries. He explained that the specific cardholder was available & more importantly, he had shown a photo & a video of the item itself. However, Girish also mentioned that they have never sent any items to Malaysia but to give him a day to check with the courier on the procedures. I was most grateful that he cautioned me on the import duty.
After much consideration & deliberation, I felt at ease with Girish & opted to pay via Paypal since I do not have their preferred payment method which is through Zulu. I have never made any payment via Paypal & had asked for his advice & confirmation on the process.
After the money was transferred, Girish made arrangements for the items to be shipped out the next day. He also sent me the tracking details & It took exactly 6 days before I received the 2 new Montblanc cardholders. I was very happy when they arrived.
Based on my positive experience, I daresay that you will not be disappointed with Jewels in Paradise. In fact, I would encourage you to deal with Girish as he has shown much professionalism when dealing with customers.

I have been looking for a Jaeger LeCoultre Polaris date for a couple years. I stumbled on jewels in paradise and was very happy I did. Girish was very helpful and service was excellent. I had the watch (s) shipped and Girish kept track every step of the way. I had such a good experience I ended up buying a second watch. Another Jaeger LeCoultre. This time a Master Control Calendar.

En voyage pour 3 semaines et souhaitant m'acheter une montre IWC, j'ai contacté les revendeurs de cette marque dans les trois pays et aéroports traversés.
Seul Girish de "Jewels in Paradise" a daigné me répondre. Très professionnel, il a su communiquer avec moi en amont et me guider pour confirmer mon choix. Pour mon plus grand plaisir et mon confort, Girish a fait 3 heures de route pour me présenter les montres, ce qui m'a permis d'affiner mon choix. Ma famille était ravie car il avait amené avec lui des montres iconiques à nous présenter également. Je suis ravi de mon achat, et qui plus est, j'espère grandement avoir l'occasion de refaire affaire avec Girish. Ces petits rien qui font finalement tout et qui nous rendent joyeux au delà de l'achat lui-même. C'était mon premier achat d'une montre de prix et je suis enchanté de l'avoir acheté chez "Jewels in Paradise". Merci Girish ! :-)

Jamaica will always be special to my heart; I was married here. Jewels in Paradise is our favorite jewelry store which we always visited during our trips to Montego Bay. You will not want to miss their luxury jewelry brands, duty-free pricing, and quality of service. My shopping experience particularly with Deon has always been great. Recently I experienced her assistance remotely while shopping for an anniversary gift at the last minute. There was no wonder why I returned to this retailer, as I received the same great pricing, authenticity, and my purchase was delivered on time.

Collection is now complete, i will call you next week about the trolly/suitecase that i am interested in also.
The professional treatment I received from Girish and John, in helping me complete my shopping for this Mont Blanc Meisterstuck 2019 collection (duffle) was above and beyond, I recommend these gentlemen services and products to everyone… this item, this particular duffle that is a rare piece that completed my Mont Blanc bag collection was so difficult to find, when it was located, item was at a Mont Blanc boutique Jewels in Paradise, Montego Jamaica 🇯🇲, within two days of seamless transaction, I received my MB duffle in Queens, New York 🇺🇸
